Could be better
Pros:

The availability made it a good last minute stop. New staff member was lovely and room was fresh and smelt lovely.
The outdoor set up is pretty cool. Play area and plenty of seating.

Cons:

The overpowering smell of cigarettes made it uncomfortable to sit downstairs in the bar or sports bar.
Outside was amazing however filthy. Opted for a drink in the room instead.

Cons:

Toilets and showers are very poor. Almost no hot water at the sinks. Room (#9) was ok. Comfy bed.

Fix the bathrooms,
Pros:

Staff were helpful and very friendly and location was excellent for what I was doing

Cons:

There was only one dirty shower for the whole hotel and it was cold. Two toilets for the whole hotel and the two toilet and one shower were all in the same ‘unisex’ bathroom that was really dirty. No blankets just sheets, bed was comfortable though.
