A good hotel in a quiet location, but overall it doesn’t quite live up to a five-star experience.
Pros:

The room was nicely decorated and spacious enough, as was the bathroom. The neighbourhood was quiet for this Villa Morra location, which we really appreciated. There were no cars driving around with their music systems blaring...

Cons:

They used a very unfavorable exchange rate, which meant that the final price was higher than the amount we had originally booked. We raised this with the receptionist, who told us that the manager on duty the following day would look into it. Unfortunately, we never heard back.

We had also specifically booked this room because it had a spa bath, but unfortunately it didn’t work, which was disappointing. Also, providing only one very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner felt a bit meager for a five-star hotel.

Un concepto interesante
Pros:

Me pareció interesante el concepto, sin embargo, le falta mucho al hotel para ser un hotel boutique de categoria. Las almohadas no eran buenas, el desayuno era normal, lastimosamente no habia mucho verde, las habitaciones daban al patio interior que no tenia mucha luz.

Cons:

No hay un bar para tomar algo, si no podes salir no hay mucho espacio para estar afuera, en el lobby no hay lugar para sentarse o para relajarse. Me hubiera gustado un detalle de categoria superior.
