The bed and pillows were a dream to sleep in .
Location was ok I would have liked to be closer to the beach.
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly .
It took too long for hot water well warm water to come to the shower .
At least 6 minutes. I was on the second floor.
The rooms are not sound proof .
There is no sky bar and the sauna didn't exist.

A disappointing experience – poor laundry service and management response
Unfortunately, our experience at Adela Boutique Hotel in Da Nang was extremely disappointing.
The laundry service returned our clothes neither properly folded nor ironed, with black stains all over our white laundry. To her great credit, the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and helpful, immediately arranged for everything to be washed again free of charge.
However, the laundry was returned with some stains still remaining, and several items had shrunk.
What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the person in charge of the hotel. We received no apology whatsoever. She never even looked at us, let alone said hello or acknowledged the problem. This is particularly unfortunate in a hotel, where basic hospitality should include courtesy, a smile, empathy, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong.
We truly appreciated the receptionist’s kindness and professionalism, but unfortunately, this could not make up for the overall experience.
Nice, clean room
* I had booked the room specifically because it was advertised with a large balcony, but the room we were given had a very small one that looked nothing like the pictures. When I asked the staff about it, they said there were no other rooms available and that all rooms were the same price. This was quite frustrating, as the balcony was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
* The hotel also felt quite stingy with basic amenities. I asked for an extra toilet roll, but was told that they only provide one roll per room per day. We were unwell during our stay and genuinely needed more, so I found this policy very strange and inconvenient.
* I would strongly recommend avoiding the hotel’s laundry service. My white clothes came back pink. What was particularly disappointing was that the staff did not initially tell us about the issue and still tried to charge us for the service. Luckily, I noticed the clothes before we paid. Mistakes can happen, but what was not acceptable was the lack of transparency and the fact that they made no attempt to compensate us.
* It was also frustrating that there was no washing-up liquid or cloths provided to clean the dishes. As a result, we had to leave dirty dishes in the sink until the cleaners came.
Staff is really nice and helpful
It is not their fault but in front of the hotel there were building and in the morning was noisy.

Nothing,it's not a hotel it is a motel. Noisy and no soundproof walls.
No soundproof walls and you can hear everything in hallways and room is small and inconvenient.
Molt bona relació qualitat-preu. És un hotel modern, còmode i ben dissenyat, amb habitacions espaioses, llits còmodes i un personal molt amable. Es troba en una zona tranquil·la, a només cinc minuts de la platja, i la piscina ofereix bones vistes.
El gimnàs és pràcticament inexistent, ja que només hi ha unes poques màquines al costat de la piscina. La televisió de l’habitació és molt petita i la qualitat de la imatge podria ser millor.
