Excellent budget accommodation close to train network
Pros:

Great-sized room, much bigger than we expected from the outside. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and breakfast was available each morning with a good variety of options.

The location is really convenient, being close to the train station and making it easy to access the rest of central Bangkok. Overall, a comfortable stay and great value for money. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

You need to leave a 500 Baht cash deposit on arrival, so make sure you have some Thai Baht available as card payment isn’t accepted for this. It’s worth being prepared for this before you arrive.

There are also no facilities on-site such as a washing machine or cooking facilities. However, there is a laundry shop very close by and a 7-Eleven within a one-minute walk, so everything you need is still easily accessible.

Plusieurs choses:
Dès l'arrivée, et au moment du check in, on me tend un document à signer, comportant les infractions à ne pas commettre dans l'hôtel, et le prix des pénalités en face. Sympa l'accueil ! Plus tard, dans la chambre, je trouverais un document plus détaillé avec toutes les amendes à payer pour chaque article détérioré. Assez étonnant pour un hôtel 4*. Bon.
Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. On m'informe que la chambre ne contient que 2 lits et 1 canapé, et que le canapé n'est pas convertible en lit. Je demande à avoir un lit double et un lit supplémentaire, étant donné que j'avais bien précisé que nous serons 4 dans la réservation. On répond favorablement au changement de chambre pour avoir un lit double au lieu de 2 lits simples, mais que si je veux un lit supplémentaire il faudra payer un supplément, même si la réservation mentionnait bien 4 personnes. Je refuse, et décide de faire dormir l'un de mes fils avec nous, et l'autre sur le canapé. Je demande alors à avoir un oreiller et une couverture pour lui, on me dit ok pour l'oreiller, mais pour la couverture il faudra payer un supplément !!! Alors là, j'ai halluciné ! Jamais entendu ça de toute ma vie de voyageuse !
En rentrant dans la chambre, la lampe du salon ne fonctionnait pas et était couverte par du plastique, plein de trous dans le plafond ... bref, loin des standards d'un 4 étoiles. Pour les serviettes mises à disposition, il y en avait que pour 2 personnes. Je n'ai pas osé en demander de plus, anticipant un paiement supplémentaire.
En rentrant à la salle de bain, il y avait un seul rouleau de papier toilette, à moitié entamé. Je me dis qu'ils vont probablement en mettre le lendemain. Le lendemain, après le petit déjeuner pris jusqu'à 10h30, la chambre n'a toujours pas été faite. C'est pas grave, nous demandons à avoir du papier toilette. On nous tend un seul rouleau, comme s'il était de trop !

Car Parking used by other non hotel customers.
I can't find parking. Very scary area.
There was a smell of sewage. This caused breathing difficulties for the children, making the situation unbearable for them. I asked the staff to cancel the booking and return my documents because the apartments were in poor condition and unclean, and—crucially—they were located in different, non-adjacent areas; I needed to be close to the children to care for them properly. However, they insisted on proceeding with the booking and refused to acknowledge these humanitarian reasons or the children's need for care. I requested to review the security camera footage to verify the situation. I was extremely exhausted that day and could not find a suitable hotel to stay in. I request a full refund and urge you to stop marketing properties that fail to meet hotel standards and violate accommodation regulations.
