La amabilidad del personal, las opciones de desayuno son variadas, muy bien ubicado con mucho comercio y gastronomía alrededor. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y todo excelente.

Pros:

Ótima localização, perto de tudo na rua principal do bairro e bem seguro.
No fim de semana o bairro é movimentado na madrugada, mas não atrapalhou em nada.
O café é simples, mas feito na hora (ovos), e os funcionários são super simpáticos.

Pros:

Nada, las fotos de la publicación no se asemejan a la realidad, lo único que los salvó fue la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan ahí, pero no repetiría la estancia.

Cons:

Todo, muy incómodo entrada estrecha con una escalera delgada para el 2 piso, el baño pequeñísimo y hasta una cucaracha encontré tuve que comprar paños de clóroxy desinfectar todo, el desayuno malo y el sitio de desayunar era la BARR del balcón!!!
