Es war super erholsam und wunderbar! auch der Wellnessbereich war MEGA!!!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend - es gab eigentlich nichts was es nicht gibt!
Einmal waren wir beim Abendessen, was auch vorzüglich war!

Cons:

Das Gäste mit Hunden geduldet werden, die ihre Hunde am Tisch sozusagen mitessen lassen - wir haben nichts gegen Hunde - im Gegenteil - aber ein Hund muss unter dem Tisch brav liegen und nicht die Schnauze auf den Tisch legen und dabei auch noch mit Lebensmitteln vom Buffet gefüttert werden - das geht gar nicht!

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch Personal im Restaurant und Rezeption sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Das Spa hat schon etwas "Instandhaltungsstau". Saunalandschaft ist unübersichtlich über 2 Etagen. Freigelände dafür sehr schön.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen.
Pros:

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf das Zimmer erhalten und konnten einen sehr schönen Ausblick genießen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Deckenventilatoren im Innenpool waren verstaubt. Die Rezeption wurde informiert.
Aufgrund der Straße vor dem Haus, war es teilweise laut, dafür hat man aber eine sehr zentrale Lage und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

der Aufenthalt war ein positives Erlebnis und bleibt über alles gesehen in guter Erinnerung
Pros:

- das Frühstück ist schön und reichhaltig
- unser Zimmer war gross und mit schöner Aussicht, wahrscheinlich nicht das modernste des Hauses
- das Personal war grösstenteils sehr freundlich

Cons:

- der Service liess (nicht immer aber meistens) lange auf sich warten
(im Restaurant wie auch in der Bar oder Lounge Terrasse)
- die Abluft der Wäscherei ist sehr laut und hat unseren Schlaft ab 06.30/07.00 h empfindlich gestört,
während des Tages einfach ein bisschen unangenehm um z.B. Fenster offen zu lassen oder sich auf dem Balkon aufzuhalten

Betrug mit der Zimmerbeschreibung und Größe!
Pros:

Zimmer katastrophal - nicht ansatzweise wie in der Beschreibung

Zimmer maximal halb so groß wie gebucht und bestätigt
Trotz Beschwerde und Reklamation vor Ort keinerlei Kompromiss oder Veränderung.

Das Zimmer war ohne Sitzecke/Schlafcouch und maximal 8 qm groß

Lt. Auskunft der Rezeption ist es Bekannt, dass die Zimmergrösse im Internet falsch angegeben ist .
Auf meinem Hinweis, dass dies Vorsatz und Betrug ist - wurde ich nur müde angelächelt.

Schade, da es laut anderer Gäste auch renovierte und der gebuchten qm Größe angemessene Zimmer geben soll.

Nie wieder!!!
