I liked the staff, was clean. Water machine with cold and hot water was working on each floor.

The aircondition was not allowed for own control and it was not comfortable. My child's bed was not comfortable.

Cons:

Very strange system of AC, u need to ask reception to switch it on/off, is very uncomfortable each time u can’t just press the button in the room. The water was changing from hot to cold suddenly. Also one card per room and card system in the left is uncomfortable

В целом очень довольна в цену входит бассейн и тренажерный зал , что было большим плюсом

Хорошее расположение , приветливый персонал , чистый красивый номер , по просьбе задекорировали комнату ко дню рождению, чему я очень обрадовалась , в конце подарили два магнитика 🥰

Cons:

В комнате не было чайника , только кофеварка , но чай был , непонятно было как его заваривать . В номере не было утюга , но по просьбе его принесли . Кондиционер контролируется ресепшеном , каждый раз приходилось звонить и просить выключить или включить , было некомфортно . Все таки шумоподавления плоховато и слышно что происходит в коридоре
