We had two rooms, both had a sewer smell. It was awful.
The bathrooms were extremely dark.
The coffee area was not cleaned very well.

No pool!
There’s hardly any hotels with indoor pools in Launceston
Pretty much everything. The design was sharp without looking like it had been assembled by a committee of lifestyle influencers, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were warm, capable and refreshingly free of hotel theatre. The location was excellent too. We could walk around Launceston, find dinner easily and avoid having to mess about with the car. The breakfast package sealed it.
We only stayed one night, which was poor planning on our part rather than any failure by the hotel.

a second softer pillow option would be good. the sliding door to the bathroom isn't great and doesnt easily stay closed. toilet right by the non acoustic sliding door not great. First world problem.
The location is great. Harvest Market on every Sat is just behind the hotel.
Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Breakfast were great too, together with the service staff.
Lact of parking spaces. Else all were great.

Modern, good location, rooms well thought out and comfortable. Foxtel access was nice given we weren’t feeling the best on our second night so watched a couple of films. Decent looking facilities re the gym but we didn’t get to use this due to illness. Walkable to lots of great dining/bars.
A couple of notes/suggestions. More hooks/space for towels in the bathroom and as there was no fan/exhaust in the bathroom it meant the mirror steamed up when the shower was used. I did also notice hair in the shower the first time I used it, which had obviously just been missed. Not the worst thing but something to note.
