Goed schoon hotel met enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. Het is super schoon. Elke dag word je kamer netjes gemaakt. De ligging is top. Heel fijn dat je kan parkeren, want dat is anders niet te doen in de plaats

Cons:

Als ik 1 min punt moet opnoemen dan is het de club die er tegenover zit. De muziek dreunt tot 5 uur sochtends door de ramen heen.

Tolle Lage in Sarande mit Pool
Pros:

- Hotel liegt direkt am Anfang der tollen Promenade
- Rooftop mit Frühstück und Restaurant für abends
- Parkplätze (sollten wir vorher reservieren, aber wer zu erst einen hat, hat eben einen); wir hatten immer Glück und die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, wenn wir keinen finden, findet sie einen für uns.
- Sarande ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Umlandes

Cons:

- Frühstück war ok, nichts besonderes
- bei der Buchung darauf achten, dass man mit Meerblick bucht. Nur das vierte und evtl. das dritte Stockwerk hat Seaview. Beim Rest schaut man auf Beton oder die Nachbarhäuser, was nicht einladend ist
- in einer von vier Nächten hörten wir den Orange Nachtclub sehr laut. Die restlichen Tage waren ok. Wir schliefen mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Auch morgens wurde es schnell laut (wie in einer typischen Stadt).

Great stay with beautiful sea views
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Julia. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, pool area was nice and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The sea views were stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons:

The only downside was some street noise from our sea-facing room.

Great stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location as it was very central to all the bars & restaurants. The staff are lovely, the breakfast had plenty to choose from and the roof top terrace was superb. It was a super clean & Tidy place to stay.

Rien .. juste on a payé une nuit de plus dans le vent car le vol a été avancé et le patron a juste voulu faire 10 pour-cent sur notre repas de restaurant de l hôtel .. qui a correspondu à 18 euros de remise .. et non pas non rembourser une nuit ou une partie de la nuit .. dommage

We chose this hotel because of its high rating and excellent reviews on Booking.com, but unfortunately our experience was completely different.

From the moment we entered the room, it was obvious that it had not been properly cleaned. We found hair and dirt in several places, the bed linen had stains and hair on it, and there was even a crumpled towel left on the bottom shelf inside the wardrobe, apparently from previous guests. We also found pieces of cut electrical wires left inside the wardrobe, which further suggested that the room had not been properly inspected before our arrival.

Although the staff replaced the bed linen after we reported it, this turned out to be the least serious issue.

When we opened the wardrobe to unpack our belongings, we discovered an open electrical panel with exposed wires inside the wardrobe. We also noticed that one of the electrical outlets was loose and partially detached from the wall. These are not minor maintenance issues—they are serious safety hazards.

We were travelling with our child, which made the situation even more concerning. A child could easily open the wardrobe, touch the exposed wiring, or interact with the damaged electrical outlet. In our opinion, this is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, especially one with such a high rating.

We immediately informed the reception, but after seeing these safety issues, we no longer felt safe staying at the property. We checked out immediately and moved to another hotel because we were not willing to risk our family's safety.

It is extremely disappointing that a property with such positive reviews allows rooms to be in this condition. We sincerely hope these issues are addressed before another guest—especially a family with children—is exposed to the same risks.

Amazing experience in Serande!
Pros:

It was unexpected! More than valuable ! Very tasty breakfast , perfect location , amazing dinner and lunch ! Clean and tidy ! Most important was the stuff at the roof top and of course Vendi! She is a star of this hotel ! Whatever she suggested , was amazing experience - starting from Proper pizza and finishing with the Jeep trip . Beautiful view and if I ever come to Sarande again , definitely would choose the same hotel ! It’s worth every penny ! Thanks to everyone , stuff we’re the most hospitalized ! Chef was TOP of the top ! 👌👌👌

Sehr moderne und saubere Unterkunft mit geräumigen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, auf welcher auch das Frühstück stattfindet, ist traumhaft!

Cons:

Unser Duschkopf war defekt, das Wasser lief seitlich heraus. Die Lautstärke des benachbarten Orange-Clubs war teilweise nachts sehr laut. Wer ein Zimmer mit Meerblick sollte nicht allzu geräuschempfindlich sein.
