Made a bad decision to select this place.
Pros:

Condition of the room is bad. Floor panelling is damaged amenities in the room is few. Limited selection in TV. Wifi password was not provided.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Very close to Bandar Kuching.Just 6 minitu to Plaza Merdeka.Top Spot.Laundry close by.Pizza Hut,KFC just within the area.AEON shopping complex within 9 minutes driving from the hotel.Food court just below the basement with some shop selling jajan.

Convenient and comfortable stay.
Pros:

We booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Sarawak General Hospital - a relative had a serious medical emergency, which meant alot of uncertainty and long waiting hours for us. Having a base at the Regatta Suites meant that we could be within walking distance to the hospital, but were still able to rest in comfort at the hotel while waiting for news from the hospital.

The Regatta Suites is thoroughly and thoughtfully appointed - little things like the built in USB charging points made a huge difference for us indeed. The beds were big and comfortable with spotless fresh linen. The AC worked like a charm, even during the blazing hot afternoon. The staff were also very accommodating - they promptly and cheerfully brought up a set of fresh towels for us when we returned to our room after midnight.

Even though we are from Kuching, we stayed for about 4 or 5 nights at the Regatta Suites, and it made a real difference to be able to be so close to the hospital during the critical moments.
