Très bruyant, sale, le lit n’est pas du tout confortable, piscine sale, on pensait qu’on avait accès au sous sol mais non, la musique forte du restaurant toute la journée et le soir jusqu’à 4h les restaurants à côté , impossible de se reposer, le tram qui emmène à la plage n’est pas en service, l’eau de la piscine était trouble, nous avons vu un employé versé un produit transparent en quantité dans un jerrican douteux, du coup, on n’a plus remis les pieds à la piscine, il y’avait une blatte dans la sale de bain , horrible, le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas juste un seul jet celui du milieu, la douche avait une fuite importante, à chaque douche c’était la piscine il fallait éponger bref un cauchemar, la poignée du placard cassée, les escaliers sales.

Easily the worst hotel room and stay I’ve ever experienced.

The service was unwelcoming from the start. The room was terribly designed, it had full glass windows on two sides with no external shutters and poorly fitting curtains that didn't cover the space properly. As a result, all noise poured in constantly and light flooded the room all night, making sleep impossible.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti presso RuinAdalia Hotel, dopo un arrivo (con auto a noleggio) segnato da delle indicazioni discutibili sulla posizione del parcheggio (nonostante l'avviso all'hotel del nostro arrivo), Il receptionist che ci ha accolto possedeva scarsa padronanza della lingua inglese, e non è stato in grado di rispondere ad alcuni quesiti elementari.
La stanza si è presentata simile a quanto descritto su booking, se non fosse che le finestre davano direttamente in strada, come se fosse una vetrina, che ci ha costretto a tenere scuri e tende chiusi per l'intera durata della permanenza data l'alta affluenza di persone nella via sulla quale eravamo esposti (inoltre sotto una delle nostre finestre vi era il punto di raccolta delle immondizie di un locale adiacente, con conseguente rumore di vetri e lattine a ore tarde).
Quanto a pulizia della camera il livello era soddisfacente, al netto del bagno che presentava muffa nella doccia e macchie di origine e colore dubbi sulla carta da parati nella zona antistante al wc.
I primi 3 giorni sono proceduti senza problemi, ma l'ultimo giorno ci sono stati un paio di intoppi piuttosto fastidiosi:
Il parcheggio privato risultava occupato (3/4 posti disponibili, che in questo caso erano occupati da 2 auto del personale ed 1 di un cliente del ristorante dell'hotel). Vista l'assenza di parcheggi nelle vicinanze un membro dello staff ci ha fatto parcheggiare provvisoriamente nella via accanto all'ingresso del parcheggio (in divieto di sosta) e ci ha assicurato che ci avrebbe contattato non appena si fosse liberato un posto. Dopo 4 ore siamo tornati a verificare la disponibilità del parcheggio e abbiamo trovato un'altra auto parcheggiata nell'unico posto che si era liberato. Ci hanno fatto quindi attendere fino alle 1:30 di notte per parcheggiare finalmente la macchina all'interno.

Pros:

Excellent location! It’s only a 7-minute walk to the Ephesus Museum and the Basilica of St. John. The breakfast was also delicious.

I accidentally broke a glass and felt embarrassed, but the owner just smiled and said it was no problem. They even stayed up waiting when I returned very late at night. Such a responsible and kind host! Highly recommended!

Great location, comfortable hotel, but don’t count on their free parking
Pros:

The hotel premises are beautiful, old ottoman style buildings around a peaceful swimming pool. The ruins underneath the hotel are nice to visit as well.

Cons:

What really disappointed me was that the hotel advertises free private parking. This was the main reason I booked this hotel and paid a premium over the other comparable cheaper hotels in the area. The day I booked (which was over one month prior the check in date) I immediately informed the hotel that I would require parking, and was told it would be subject to availability. I would need to contact the hotel half an hour before arrival. Upon arrival the parking lot (that has a capacity of 3 cars only) was full and I ended up having to pay for parking about 10 minutes walking (in the summer heat with heavy suitcases) from the hotel. If I had known beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to confirm parking, I wouldn’t have booked the hotel. I recommend not advertising free private parking if the capacity is only 3 cars (which doesn’t even nearly match the amount of rooms) and it cannot be confirmed at the time of booking.

Beau lieu mais service décevant

L'emplacement une fois à pied est top, au coeur de la vieille ville, la piscine est très agréable et le lieu très beau, la chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Honnêtement nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis mis à l'aise...
Le mal entendu à commencé avec les places de parking. L'hôtel, très grand et situé dans la vieille ville dit bénéficier d'un parking mais possède en réalité uniquement de 3 places pour tout l'établissement.
Après avoir mentionné à 3 reprises et montré notre réservation mentionnant un parking, on nous a finalement proposé une place dans un garage extrêmement étroit pas simple à manœuvrer en nous mentionnant que si nous bougions la voiture lors de notre séjour nous perdions la place.
Nous n'avons finalement pas osé revenir a avec la voiture et avons payé un parking privé en ville à 15min à pieds à nos frais pour les 2 jours restants.

Le personnel nous a clairement montré que nous avions dérangé et a été parfois peu aimable à plusieurs reprises au cours du séjour, avec nous.

Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais pas exceptionnel, la chambre donnant sur rue est bruyante certains soirs/nuits.
