Delightful!!
Pros:

Gabriel, who keeps the breakfast area clean was great! Good choices for breakfast, including fresh fruit. My suite was perfect for entertaining and the housecleaning did a wonderful job! Wonderful pillows

Cons:

The mattress is showing signs of wear.

Great and cozy hotel, 100% recommended to stay

Absolutely wonderful hotel, new building, very clean rooms, nice design, huge parking and a great breakfast I would rate this hotel 10 out of 10

Cons:

I was really missing the latte and cappuccino machine for breakfast :-)

Best hotel of the Best Western that I have visited.
Pros:

Nice and friendly people, spacious and clean rooms. Well located very easy to access it. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

Gym is a bit small and hot.

Top notch
Pros:

All the little extras make you feel like a prince/princess. Staff are outstanding! Food is great for afternoon snack and breakfast. So clean!

Deeply Disappointing
Pros:

What I thought was going to be a fantastic choice of a hotel has me ABSOLUTELY Disgusted with the fact that 3.5 hrs of LOUD , stomping, running , screaming above us was allowed to continue. When I asked the front desk staff to remind the guests above us that they had people staying below then, she declined and said they had a right to be noisy until 11pm . Another hour passed and I went to the front desk to speak to the person working, and she said that the Housekeeping had stood outside the room and it "wasn't that bad". What they neglect to realize os that we are directly under the offending guests and what we experienced would NOT be the same as standing outside the door. The person at the front desk offered that we re pack all of our belongings and groceries (a kitchenette suite) and move. This was not acceptable and why not speak to the noisy people??? She offered "ear plugs".... 🙄
At a total cost of $805 for this stay, the staff did not handle this appropriately.

I will NOT be recommending this hotel.

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. They are very helpful and cheery and always great each and every time you come and go. I have stayed here a lot and it never disappoints. The breakfast is great always hot and very clean with many options

Pros:

We enjoyed the clean inviting environment and room.

Cons:

My only issues was when we checked in U was unable to get my government rate. It wasn't offered in the website and I got told they couldn't do it at the desk due to using a 3rd party booking site. So ultimately missed out which pissed me off to be honest.

Great experience overall! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were very welcoming. Everything met my expectations, and I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for all travellers.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is new, and everything still had that "new hotel" feel to it.

Cons:

On-site food/drink service would have made the hotel better, but there are options in the vicinity.

Great hotel to stay at - Super clean
Pros:

This hotel is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. I always saw staff cleaning something. All the staff were really friendly and the breakfast in the morning was top notch! I didn't use the pool area but it looked amazing. The bed was really comfy and lots of towels in the bathroom. All in all, I can't think about anything negative. I would 100% stay here again.
