Pros:

Ich fand es schön das die Wohnung gut geschnitten ist. Sie hat alles was man benötigt (Waschmaschine, ein sehr bequemes Bett, tolle Klimaanlage, einen tollen Balkon und genug Spiegel). Dazu kam das es Trinkwasser sowohl aus dem Wasserhahn und eine Flasche Wasser gab.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wirklich klasse. Sehr sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit ♡ Fand ich wirklich toll!!!

Cons:

Tatsächlich kann die Vermutung nix dafür aber die Eingangstür unten hat sich sehr schwer öffnen lassen.
Sonst hat die Wohnung kleine Gebrauchsspuren aber die sind nun mal nicht verdenkbar da die Wohnung nun einmal genutzt wird !!

Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi
Pros:

Çok merkezi bir yerde değil, hemen yakınında otobüs ve tramvay durağı mevcut. Şehir merkezine bu şekilde kısa sürede ulaşma imkanınız oluyor. Özel araç ile gelirseniz park yeri bulmak ciddi bir problem. Ev konforlu, çamaşır ve bulaşık makinası var. Fırın ve mikrodalga da bulunuyor. Zaman zaman wi-fi kopuyor, stabil çalışmıyor. Genel olarak fiyat performans açısından güzel bir konaklamaydı.

Pros:

The apartment was wonderful — very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent and very smooth throughout the whole trip.

Cons:

The only downside was that the surrounding area was a bit noisy, especially during the morning.

Pros:

Ευχάριστη διαμονή, πολύ άνετο στρώμα, ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με πολλά έξτρα (πιστολάκι μαλλιών , καφετιέρα, σίδερο)

Cons:

Η καθαριότητα ήταν οκ, επαρκής αλλά θα μπορούσε να είναι και λίγο καλύτερη, επίσης θα ήθελα κ προϊόντα καθαρισμού , πχ να έχει μια χλωρίνη στο μπάνιο

Wielkość apartamentu świetnie skrojona dla 4 osobowej rodziny. Dwie oddzielnie ubikacje dają dużo komfortu. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia - sprzęty, talerze, sztućce i cały sprzęt w bardzo dobrej kondycji. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko transport miejski.

Lohnt sich wenn man wenige Tage in Athen verbringen möchte und nicht direkt in der Innenstadt sein will
Pros:

Gut ausgestattet und ist nicht mitten in einem Touristengebiet, man kann auch direkt im Umfeld zu Supermärkten oder heimischen Restaurants gehen.

Cons:

Schimmel im Schlafzimmer und die Dusche war nicht allzu sauber. Zudem waren im Bad die Halter für Duschgels und Shampoos locker

Modern and spacious. All the facilities we needed. Shower could be better as well as the apartment lift.
Pros:

Nice and spacious. Comfortable bed, balcony to ourselves

Cons:

Shower temperature goes hot then cold it doesn’t stay the same. Lift was broken and we were on the 5th floor so walking with our suitcases and everyday was an inconvenience. Staircase of apartment didn’t have a pleasant smell.
