la habitación del subterráneo es como quedarse en una cueva de guanajuato
el desayuno, sabroso, pero solo tenía azúcares y ultraprocesados, solo tienen café en bebidas calientes y nada de proteína

This hotel was great had a nice home feel and it was by everything by all the tourist attractions and by lots of bars for the younger crowd.

Check in staff was pleasant and accommodating
The room with two beds was smaller than expected, the bedding, especially the pillowcases were obviously dirty and had not been changed. We had to ask for clean pillowcases, but the rest of the bedding was also dirty. Shower also looked dirty and moldy. Beds are small and uncomfortable, room was also hot even with two fans. My sister’s room shower was also dirty and with mold /mildew. The morning of breakfast , what we believe was the cleaning staff was helping in breakfast area, cleaned a yogurt bowl with her finger and then liked her finger. Also disappointing that they advertise that hotel transportation is provided and it’s not until you click on additional details that it says there is a fee. The transportation we booked on our own was cancelled when driver got there because he didn’t want to honor the pricing and wanted to charge 3Xs+ more. It would help if hotel had a safe, reliable and reasonably priced vendor that they could have referred.

El desayuno solo es cereal y fruta y no tienen opción a la carta, pero en general el hotel esta bien y muy bien ubicado, no cuenta con estacionamiento eso es un problema, el staff del hotel es de lo mas atento y amable
