Muy buena experiencia
Pros:

Un edificio precioso, con mucha historia.
En general todo muy bien, muy limpio y en plena Alameda de Sevilla, un lugar donde hay bastante ambiente y zonas de bares.

Cons:

No me gusto que en sevilla en verano este el aire acondicionado acondicionado averiado y se le dija a la dueña y no busque una solucion ni mande a nadie a mirarlo, para eso escogia otro sitio. En la otra habitacion la puerta del balcon, que esta encima de una discoteca, no cerraba bien y no se daba dormido con el ruido.

El edificio y la situacion

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funcionava en la primera planta, por una averia, pero nos dieron la opcion de cambiar a otro en la 2 planta

Zona super comoda per raggiungere il centro con molti locali (bar, ristoranti).
Appartamento molto carino

Cons:

I pavimenti dell'appartamento erano molto sporchi così come le federe dei cuscini decisamente macchiate.

Quick stopover to enjoy Seville. Accommodation perfect.
Pros:

Quirky and well positioned on side of Seville we’ve not visited before. Close to bars and restaurants so perfect for a night or two.

Cons:

Nothing. Only negative was underground public car park opposite and up the road a little cost us €49 overnight! Car was safe though so that’s important.

El aire acondicionado, no enfría del todo. En Sevilla esto se agradece, y realmente he estado en hostales que el aire se siente habiendo muchas personas y acá estábamos dos y no se sentía prácticamente nada.
