Great building. Great host. Central location
Pros:

Great location. Great communication from owner. Lovely building. Bit noisy but that’s the compromise with being where you want to be to get where you need to go and not the fault of the property.

La décoration, l'architecture du bâtiment, l'emplacement.

Cons:

Très sombre. Une fenêtre avec un volet qui ne s'ouvre pas. À déconseiller aux claustrophobes. Éclairage obligatoire en permanence.

Goed appartement gunstig gelegen.
Pros:

Ruime kamer, weliswaar inpandig. Maar keurig schoon en van alles voorzien voor een kort verblijf.
Goede ligging vanaf centrum, circa 15 minuten lopen.

Mitten in einem tollen Stadtteil von Sevilla
Pros:

Das Apartment ist klein, aber wir fanden alles vor, was man so braucht für einige Übernachtungen.Das Schlafzimmer hatte zwar kein Fenster, aber dadurch war es, weil es zum Flur nach hinten lag, absolut ruhig!
Wir konnten also prima schlafen.
Das Apartment liegt super zentral. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!
Auf dem echt kleinen Balkon konnten wir zu zweit sitzen und das Leben unten genießen.
Es gibt dort sehr viele Restaurants.
Fußläufig haben wir alle Ziele erreicht.
Der Hop on- Hop off - Bus ist etwa 500 Meter entfernt.
Geparkt haben wir außerhalb kostenlos ( öffentlicher Parkplatz 6km entfernt) und sind dann jeweils mit dem Taxi hin und zurück gefahren ( 15 Euro pro Fahrt).

Cons:

Es war alles prima!

Accettabile se hai una schiena di ferro (e il sonno pesante)
Pros:

Pozione eccellente. Struttura nel complesso accettabile. Pulizia ok, se non per ragnatele trovate in giro.

Cons:

Ragnatele che abbiamo tolto noi. Letto sfondato, scomodissimo, 1 piazza e mezzo venduto come matrimoniale. Asciugamano bagnato. Inesistente isolamento acustico rispetto al resto della struttura. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che vale

Molto bella Siviglia e la posizione ma ho dormito davvero male
Pros:

La posizione molto centrale e ben collegata e l’arredamento dell’appartamento e del palazzo

Cons:

La stanza assegnata la n.2 si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza a livello leggermente sotto livello strada e di notte è troppo rumorosa non si riesce a dormire prima per il fastidio della gente che urla fino a tardi la notte e poi per i mezzi di pulizia che dalle 5 puliscono la piazza e fanno un rumore infernale. Poi la stanza era davvero umida avendo come unica finestra quella che affaccia sulla piazza. Il letto matrimoniale era davvero piccolo corto e stretto, una coppia non c’entra davvero e poi io sono alto e i piedi uscivano molto fuori dal letto.
