The Dwellings

We absolutely loved our stay at The Dwellings! The accommodations were adorable, more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a kitchenette (dishes, refrigerator, etc), that made it easy to enjoy breakfast and snacks during our stay.

One of our favorite parts was the incredible view. We spent each morning sitting outside with a cup of coffee and each evening relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. It was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed.

The location was perfect, too. We loved having the hot springs just across the street—they were so relaxing after a day of exploring. During our trip we also went biking, played golf, and enjoyed discovering everything the area has to offer.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway with beautiful views and plenty to do nearby, we highly recommend The Dwellings. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at The Dwellings in La Verkin! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home.

We stayed in Room 15, and the view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the beautiful scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. They are situated off the Main Street so at night you hear the vehicles but they provide ear plugs for light sleepers . The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable.

One of the best perks was being able to purchase discounted admission to the nearby hot springs through the lodge. It was a great value and made our experience even better. We also loved that there is a beautiful hiking trail just steps from the property, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the incredible Southern Utah landscape.

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning views, clean accommodations, friendly hospitality, and easy access to outdoor adventures, I highly recommend The Dwellings. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the Dwellings! Perfect distance from Zion. Gorgeous view. Really clean and quiet. Right next to an awesome coffee shop. This was the perfect place to rest during our Zion adventure.

Great central location. Peaceful, nice view, all you need for a comfortable stay. Our dog especially loved easy access to play in her own little yard.

Our Dwelling was the perfect spot for our one-week stay in the Zion Nat'l Park area. The view of a canyon, river and mountains from our backyard was exceptional. The unit was well-appointed with hooks, shelves, kitchen supplies, and a comfortable bed and sofa. The management team was super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at The Dwellings. The team was very friendly and helpful. We were able to conduct everything electronically but still had the ability to connect with the owners. Our tiny home was clean, well appointed, and comfortable! We will definitely be back!!

We are local residents and planned an overnight staycation so we could visit the hot springs and celebrate my husband’s birthday. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and the pour over coffee was great. We enjoyed the beautiful view and it was nice to sit on the patio and watch the sunset. Walking distance to River Rock and the hot springs. Great little getaway!

Wonderful place and the location beautiful views and coffee house next door for grab a breakfast and to go so you can sip coffee from your own private luxury views, also the western boutique was great as I was headed to my sons rodeo and I had the perfect wardrobe as northern Utah is a bit colder the stylish warm sweatshirt came in handy.

Room! We have been twice-once with our daughter in a townhouse with upstairs and once as a couple in studio.
Loved sitting in adirondacks at sunset for wine at night and coffee in morning. View is unbeatable!
