Sehr herzliche Aufnahme, das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr kompetent. Drei Tage jeweils ein hervorragendes Menu, extrem abwechslungsreich und viele kreative Komponenten.

Nach meinem Erlebnis leider kein 4-Sterne-Hotel, nimmt aber den Preis dafür.
Pros:

Das Buffet und die Frühstücksauswahl (Eier nach Wahl mit Zutaten, Porridge, Sekt etc.) waren top. Der Kellner am Samstag war es leider gar nicht. Die Dame die am Sonntag für die Bedienung und das Buffet zuständig war war dagegen einmalig toll, super freundlich, schnell, immer alles nachgefüllt, echt Spitze!
Die Aussicht ist toll!
Der Wellness-Bereich ist ganz okay.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war seit mindestens 20 Jahren (außer das Bad) nicht renoviert und zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, ebenso der Balkon.
Auf Nachfrage bei der Inhaberin beim check-out gab sie zu dass das Zimmer eins von fünf ist was noch zur Renovierung ansteht. Dann muss man das aber vorher mitteilen - und darf nicht über 160€/Nacht (EZ) dafür verlangen!
Es gab auf dem Zimmer auch nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung, es gab keinen Getränkeautomat oder ähnliches um Getränke zu kaufen und aufs Zimmer mit zu nehmen, die einzige Möglichkeit war an der Bar Getränke zu kaufen die in Flaschen geliefert werden.
Mein Zimmer wurde am Samstag (mein einziger voller Aufenthaltstag) auch nicht aufgeräumt und das Bett nicht gemacht.

Bis auf das Auschecken ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes kleines, aber feines Hotel. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr gemütlich, Balkon mit Bergblick, absolut ruhig, schöner Wellnessbereich.
Hervorragendes Frühstück!

Cons:

Man bot mir an, am abendlichen Menü teilzunehmen. Da mir ein 4-Gangmenue abends zu umfangreich ist, bekam ich die Möglichkeit für kleine Portionen. Da könne man sicherlich auch mit dem Preis etwas machen. Beim Auschecken am nächsten Tag erfuhr ich, dass das Menü 10 € teurer war, als man mir vorher gesagt hatte. Um wieviel der Preis reduziert wurde, wurde mir nicht gesagt, nur, dass es der Fall gewesen sei. Das "Quellwasser", ich hatte eine Karaffe Wasser bestellt, wurde extra berechnet. Eine detaillierte Rechnung bekam ich nicht. Dass ich verärgert war, sah man mir sicherlich an. Aber keinerlei Entgegenkommen. Das entspricht leider nicht einem ansonsten gut geführten Hotels. Schade! Deshalb nur 8 Punkte.
