Non ci tornerei neanche gratuitamente.

Gabriela la receptionist è stata davvero gentile e ha cercato di aiutarci su tutte le problematiche. Buone le pulizie della camera. La stanza molto grande.

Cons:

Insonorizzazione della struttura completamente assente, sia fra le camere che dall'esterno. Ci è stata assegnata la stanza al terzo piano e la notte c'era un rumore molto forte dato dai motori dei condizionatori, situati sul solaio al piano superiore, era impossibile poter dormire. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio di stanza dopo due notti, le camere erano tutte prenotate e la gentilissima Gabriela ci ha dato una stanza a livello strada, adiacente all'entrata dell'hotel. La stanza molto carina e ampia, purtroppo anche qui con scarsa insonorizzazione, si sentiva chi entrava e usciva , chi faceva le scale, tutti i mezzi stradali che passavano a due metri dalla porta e in fine i gruppi di ragazzi che si mettevano a fumare e chiacchierare, fino alle 3/4 di notte, proprio attaccati alla porta di entrata della camera. La notte non c'è nessuno di servizio o di guardia nella struttura e i gruppi di ragazzi fanno chiasso tutta la notte senza che nessuno possa intervenire. Fra i piani non c'è aria condizionata se non nella hall. La vasca idromassaggio al 4 piano è sempre stata fuori servizio sui 6 giorni passati in struttura. Se non fosse per Gabriela e il servizio delle pulizie alla struttura darei un voto pari a zero perché in 5 notti non abbiamo mai potuto dormire.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in appartamento e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione della struttura è davvero strategica e centrale, con i mezzi pubblici nelle immediate vicinanze, comodissimi per raggiungere facilmente diverse zone dell’isola.

L’appartamento era spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza e a fornire assistenza.

L’unico mio dispiacere è stato non aver avuto modo di usufruire della colazione, che sicuramente sarebbe stata un ulteriore punto positivo del soggiorno.

Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto piacevole e una struttura che consiglierei sicuramente!
