I guess the bathroom situation in the room was odd but also quite cool so not a bad thing
Staff were very helpful, were happy to suggest different things to do ,
service was always prompt, There was a general politeness with all the resort staff.
there was a good choice of eating outlets around the marina which catered for a wide variety of tastes
Generally prices were high which would stretch budgets and local taxes made the situation worse. I think this is probably aggravated by the economy in general

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and variety. The staff are wonderful and the rooms were a great size and very clean! There are some lovely touches including towels being replaced at night and in the morning and little snacks brought to you at the pool and at night. There is also a hotel transfer available to and from restaurants if needed! The breakfast is wonderful and the drinks are the pool are also amazing! It’s in a great location - lots of restaurants and beach on your doorstep! We had a room with a pool which I’d highly recommended, was nice to sit out in the evenings (just bear in mind they get the sun in the mornings)
The only thing really is the sun bed situation - there are not enough beds for everyone staying (even in the sister hotel). There is a policy for not reserving beds but this didn’t seem to be actively enforced. The only other thing is sometimes the buttons for drinks/food on the sun beds didn’t always work and because the pool bar is in the pool, it’s tricky to go up and order yourself instead.

El alojamiento es impresionante pero lo mejor es el gran equipo humano que tienen.

Tras venir 5 años consecutivos, este año el nivel ha bajado de manera considerable. Nunca visto en este hotel que la gente a las 8:00 de la mañana ya tenga todas las hamacas ocupadas y que además sea gente que pasa el día entero en las hamacas sin consumir apenas en los restaurantes del hotel y se traen comida del Burguer King que hay a pocos metros del hotel , que no hayan toallas suficientes para la piscina ( estuvimos 2 días sin toallas de piscina y nos ofrecieron para secarnos las fundas de las hamacas) es decepcionante que unos huéspedes que vienen todos los años y que cada día comemos en Kaypa y cenamos en Godai y que durante el día hacemos gasto también en el bar de la piscina, nos encontremos en esta situación.
Nos hemos marchado con una sensación negativa y lo más posible es que ya no volvamos a repetir dado que ha sido una situación tras otra este año.
Sinceramente, si ese es el perfil que quiere el hotel, ya no es lo que era y si sigue así cada vez irá a peor.

Un magnifique hôtel idéal pour la détente. Nous avions la plus belle chambre avec jacuzzi et vue sur le port. Le restaurant péruvien est juste exceptionnel. Tout est fait pour se détendre
Seul petit point négatif : l'attente trop longue pour avoir un thé ou un café au petit déjeuner et qui est très petit. Demander 2 thés ou 2 cafés n'est pas compris par le personnel
Lo mejor de la estancia ha sido, sin duda, el personal; un equipo increíble, muy atento y profesional. El desayuno me pareció espectacular, con mucha variedad y calidad, y la zona de la piscina es también genial. Además, cabe destacar que la cama era sumamente cómoda, lo que garantizó un descanso excelente.
Por otra parte, considero que la habitación y las prestaciones son demasiado básicas para el elevadísimo precio que se paga y para lo que uno espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas. El diseño de la habitación Deluxe es un tanto incómodo, ya que tiene la ducha y el lavabo literalmente en medio de la estancia. Por último, me pareció un detalle extraño o poco higiénico que no hubiera duchas disponibles en la zona exterior de la piscina.
