La amabilidad del personal, la atención, ubicación, limpieza, restauración.
A nuestra llegada no habían enseres tales como cepillos de dientes, maquinillas de afeitar, etc… pero nos lo solucionaron al momento.
Bellissima struttura, bella piscina con il bar all'interno circondata da comodi lettini e con servizio cibo. Teli da bagno inclusi.
Location perfetta vicino ad una bella spiaggia e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla costa per vedere il tramonto.
Ottima scelta di ristoranti nelle vicinanze, il gastro hub di cui fa parte l'hotel consente di variare cucina spesso.
Colazione a buffet eccezionale con ampia scelta dolce e salata.
Camera (suite) molto spaziosa con letti davvero comodi, lenzuola e cuscini sopra la media.
Acqua fresca ogni giorno e minibar assortito.
Guest service impeccabile, organizzano escursioni in barca e tante attività giornaliere.
Ci hanno prestato un ombrellone da portare al mare per tutta la durata della vacanza.
Lobby elegante, e caramelle omaggio.
La vista dalla camera non era direttamente su piscina.
In bagno occorre lasciare la ventola sempre accesa perchè dagli scarichi quando cambia il meteo salgono cattivi odori.
L'aria condizionata era leggermente rumorosa, abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi.
Le bocchette dell'aria condizionata andavano pulite meglio (ma abbiamo chiesto al servizio clienti e ce le hanno pulite in giornata).

3 mal Stromausfall, das kann passieren, aber in meiner Welt sollte das Mindeste dann sein, wenn man 3 Stunden auf sein Essen wartet, dass man die Getränke umsonst kriegt wenn man fast 600€ die Nacht zahlt… echt enttäuschend!!!

Overall, we had a nice stay at Lago Resort Menorca and there were definitely some positives. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection, and the little marina next to the resort is beautiful and adds to the location. The resort has a nice setting and, despite some of the issues, we did enjoy our time there and found it to be an enjoyable stay overall
Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that fell short of what I would expect from a five-star hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, which was very basic, and the pool area felt quite rundown and in need of updating. The sun loungers were positioned on a strange stone surface, meaning stones would flick up when people walked past. Hotel guests also had to pay for cabanas, which seemed to be the only way to receive poolside service unless you went to the bar yourself. The hotel opposite had loud entertainment on the microphone until around 11:30pm, which affected the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, but there was no air conditioning in the breakfast area, which is also where the Michelin-starred restaurant is located, making dinner uncomfortable in the heat. The taxis in Menorca were another major issue — we waited over 30 minutes for a taxi that the hotel had ordered for us, and on the way home we were told there was a 45-minute wait. Overall, it was an okay stay, but for the price and the five-star rating, I expected much more. The resort definitely needs updating and improving to genuinely feel like a five-star hotel.
