The room was great
The fact that there's no reception and the entrance was quite complicated during the night.

- Had issues with the locks multiple times and took 20+ minutes to solve each time. The final solution was to open the door a certain way - take a pause after putting the code, press the handle gently, and hope it opens after a few tries
- No option to store baggage after check-out as there is no staff/safe location - alternative was to go to an affiliated storage service which was promoted in the hotel
- Noise - expected the noise to be present due to its central location. There was one instances where the music was non-stop playing from night to morning

Central location in the middle of Old Town, close to all amenities. Clean and cute room and great support throughout our stay.
Despite being very well soundproofed, you can still hear some noise (we stayed on a Saturday) but it was not a bothering. A bit more coffee or tea (tea was missing) would have been appreciated, but we enjoyed the complimentary wine.
Very friendly and hospitable staff. We were welcomed with a bottle of a good wine, and it was only one night! All the questions I had - there were the answers and support. The room was spacious with all facilities needed. Location is great - in the middle of an old city. We were upgraded - we had a nice terrace which also added our fascination by this place.
We liked everything, but you should mind the steps, no lift , and rather noisy area, people were partying till the 3 am.

The stairs as O had a suitcase and had to carry it up 4 flights of stairs.
Great location, comfortable bed, easy to check in, really lovely to have water and wine left for us.
The shower was situated very high, could just do with having the mount lowered so it doesn’t just spray you in the face.
