This was my second stay. I would stay again, in a heartbeat. Daniel, the desk manager, is awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience. The room and bathroom were large and very clean. There is a fridge. Everything I needed was provided. The hotel is quiet, and there are restaurants and shops within walking distance.

La ubicación dentro de Labone y la comodidad de la habitación.
La última noche preguntamos por un conductor para el aeropuerto y nos pidieron 1000 cedíes con un descuento hasta 700, por ser de madrugada y tener seguridad, al final fuimos en Uber por 50. El tema de la hora y de la seguridad nos preocupó, sin embargo había varios servicios de Uber, y hay bastante seguridad en Ghana, no es buena política infundir miedo al turista.

The property is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to a lot of great places to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. Daniel was so accommodating and so kind. And the security guard David is so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you both.

It is great for short stay...1 to 2 days.
Rooms are small even though it still had all the basics.
The room is clean and well appointed. Plenty of hot water. Gabriel (Daniel?) at reception was super helpful. He was always ready to help. He volunteered to go out and buy me milk. There is a restaurant downstairs so one doesn't need go far for food.

We were not made to know that hot water was regulated by the reception until we had checked out. We had to manage the extra hot water by ourselves.
My stay at Alima Suites was excellent. The location is very convenient, with good restaurants around the vicinity. The staff were well behaved, friendly, and professional, while the facility itself is top-notch and very comfortable. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my visit.
A special thanks to Francis, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and his positive attitude really stood out. He is truly a good guy and a great asset to the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again.
