Loveliest stay in Leipzig, will recommend
Pros:

Incredibly well thought-through space design! The space included everything we needed and then some. 10/10 convenience regarding space and location, will seek out this accommodation during my next travels.

Schönes Appartment - tolle Lage mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen
Pros:

Das Appartment ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage - mitten im Zentrum - ist toll. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Gaststätten und HBF sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Lage bedingt, daß es tagsüber und auch spätabends sehr laut ist, da ggü. ein Kiosk mit Alkoholverkauf zum nächtlichen Verweilen einlädt. Ganz störend fand ich den "Gestank" der Dönerbude direkt nebenan. Aus beiden Gründen hatten wir oft die Fenster geschlossen. Dann hatte ich mich über den Umgang mit meinem Rückfragen zu Waschmaschinen geärgert. Nach einer Mail, einem Chat-Bot (der nach nur einer Antwort schon halluziniert hat) und 2 WhatsApps bekam ich ich die Nachricht, daß ich keine Coins für die vorhandenen Waschmaschinen erhalte. Die Qualität des WLANs hat für Teams-Übertragungen nicht ganz gereicht.

Schöne Stadt Leipzig

Zentrale Lage und modern ausgestattet

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage gegenüber ist ein Kiosk/ Trinkhalle und Treffpunkt für jüngere Leute bis ca 2h. Im Sommer bei offenen Fenster wird es laut.

Viel zu teuer, da andere "echte" Hotels wesentlich mehr bieten
Pros:

Die Lage ist, sofern man zu allen Aktivitäten in der Innenstadt kurze Wege haben möchte, hervorragend.

Cons:

Keine konkreten Anweisungen zur Öffnung der Haustüre (welches der beiden Zahlenpads soll man bedienen), auch kein Hinweis, dass Zugangscodes über den Link in der Buchung aufgerufen werden können, es war Zufall, dass wir das entdeckt haben. Möglich war jedoch, uns am Abreisetag bereits um 08:00 Uhr eine SMS zu senden, dass und wie wir auschecken sollen (könnte man ja bei der Anreise genauso machen).
Im Zimmer: keine Möglichkeit, Kleider aufzubewahren; Dusche setzt ganzes Bad unter Wasser (Türe schließt nicht ordentlich), man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht und irgendwas ist dann vom Aufwischen patschnass. Da ja kein Mensch vor Ort ist, kann man auch nichts neues ordern.
Fernsehprogramme nur zu 1/3 anwählbar (besonders ärgerlich, da bereits viele Gäste dies in ihren Bewertungen bemängelt haben, aber das offensichtlich niemanden stört).
Ein Bügeleisen ohne Bügelbrett (wozu?).
Durch in unnötig eingebaute Küche extrem eng und unpraktisch. Zimmer werde nicht gereinigt (wozu dann das Schild: do not disturb?). M.E. soll hier der Eindruck eines Hotels erweckt werden, obwohl es eine Ferienwohnung darstellt (aus welchen Gründen auch immer).

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. In der Straße ist viel los, daher war es nachts relativ laut.

The flat looked nice. It was easy to reach it.

Cons:

There is absolutely zero noise cancellation applied to the big front windows and the apartment is next to a busy street. It is almost impossible to sleep until 23:00 and after 05:00 - or any time somebody drives by during the night. Not a stay that I would repeat.

מיקום מושלם, קרוב לכל דבר, ועם זאת שקט ונעים. דירה גדולה ומרווחת.
