Extremely Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable for several reasons:

1. Poor air conditioning: Upon arrival, I was given a room that was extremely humid and uncomfortable. I could not sleep at all, despite being exhausted from a long road trip. I had to request a room change, but by then I had already lost valuable sleep and was even more exhausted.
2. Lost belongings: One of my personal belongings went missing while my luggage was being moved to the new room. This was completely unacceptable and caused me additional frustration.
3. Disrespectful and insulting interaction: One of the staff members came to my room, knocked on the door, and asked me whether I had opened the connecting door between the rooms. I found this question extremely disrespectful and insulting. I am a grown, responsible adult, and I found it completely inappropriate to be treated as though I had done something wrong without any reason.
4. Unprofessional staff: Some of the employees made me feel as though I was stupid or incapable of understanding basic things whenever I asked for assistance. Instead of addressing my requests professionally and clearly, they would avoid answering directly and keep giving me excuses.

Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. The entire stay left me frustrated, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointed to the point that I felt so miserable that I had no choice but to leave one full day before my scheduled checkout date.

As a result, I lost the money I had paid for the remaining night, despite the fact that the decision to leave was caused by the hotel’s poor service and unacceptable conditions.

My honest advice: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
There are plenty of better options where you can expect basic comfort, respect, and professional treatment. I absolutely regret choosing this hotel and would never stay here again.
