Very conveniently located. First time staying in CBD and was not disappointed at all. Loved it.

Good location, value for money.
Pros:

The location was great, next to all amenities within walking distance. The breakfast was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and spacious enough.

Cons:

The water overflowed on the floor after a shower and there was no drying mat. I had to use a towel to avoid making a mess. There was an issue with the lighting and although they fixed it, it was faulty again. The room was a bit dark. There was a strong smell in the corridor: detergent or food, maybe from the apartments occupied by residents. There was an issue with the hot tower and it was fixed a day later.

Surprisingly good
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the chef at the breakfast and the waiter who went out of their way to ensure that breakfast was exactly how we wanted it.

The apartment is clean

The location based on how close it is to stuff is nice but be mindful walking at night around the area.

It was okay not the best but the location was a bit scary at night
