Won't repeat it.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

On arrival there was no one at reception to meet us and we had to wait a while for someone to come and check us in. On checkout the following morning there was again no one available at reception for check out. The bathroom extraction fan was filthy and the toilet clogged. The breakfast was average to below average.

Pros:

Загалом помешкання просторе і світле, широке ліжко, розташування зручне і ціна більш-менш прийнятна.

Cons:

- У нашому номері ванна і туалет були відділені від спальні лише дзеркальною перегородкою, це було великою неприємною несподіванкою
- Вікна виходили у двір, де ввечері і зранку сидить на лавках багато людей, тому доволі шумно
- Адміністрація була не дуже дружня, було відчуття, що ми їх обтяжуємо
- Сніданок дуууже базовий: хліб, кава, трошки фруктів, трошки джему, яєшня - це не те, щоб недолік, але не зовсім збігається з фото

Very convenient comfortable and staff was great.

The location is brilliant it’s in walking distance to all the amenities and the waterfront.

Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's location is excellent, with the CTICC within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for conferences and events. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

During my stay, I found a few cockroaches in the room. On the first night, I saw two on the floor next to my bed, and on the third night, I found another two on the kitchenette counter. While the rest of my stay was pleasant, this was disappointing and suggests that the room could benefit from more thorough pest control.

I liked the very spacious and beautiful room..also the surrounding area was awsome ..and the breakfast the next morning was absolutely fabulous...thnx too your chef

I was on 2nd floor and there was lots of noise coming from the 3rd floor...but otherwise everything else was good
