The room was clean and spacious . Great location and enjoyed our stay .

Cons:

Room service comes around fairly late and there was a guy downstairs very disruptful the entire sunday afternoon , shouting at the management lady that manages the building on 4th floor , related to her . Extremely rude and loud , throwing stones at the windows . Beds needs to be upgraded .

The staff was very helpful , especially at the breakfast place nd the place was clean .

Cons:

The floors was sticky , room service comes around extremely late , the bed was bad , it was very hard and very uncomfortable . I'm 7 months pregnant and the bed made the whole experience unpleasant . Barely slept . Had to upgrade from the Deluxe Studio to Superior rooms for better quality beds .

I’d definitely go back to wink
Pros:

The location is super central and you can walk to anywhere easily. The staff very caring and helpful. The room was massive, the shower was an entire room. The facilities offered like the Kitchener, the fridge, microwave and toaster came in very useful for the purpose of my stay. I’d have offered an hair dried too instead of having to ask in reception and return it after use.

Cons:

A few homeless but harmless people in the square in front but felt safe as patrolled 24/7
