Pros:

Struttura e ottima posizione.

Cons:

La pulizia ogni tre giorni è un disagio soprattutto se non forniscono il necessario per pulire in autonomia.

Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά από συγκεκριμένο άτομο του προσωπικού στο μπαρ. Σπάσαμε ποτήρι κατά λάθος και μας έφερε σκούπα να το μαζέψουμε. Απλά λόγω ηλικίας μας, βρήκε και τα έκανε...

Bon hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel agréable, avec une grande piscine et un joli extérieur. La chambre est spacieuse et lumineuse.

Cons:

Dommage qu’il manquait du gel douche, shampooing pour la douche.
La piscine manquait de nettoyage, le fond était très sale.
Ainsi que des odeurs d’égouts se ressentait au niveau du jardin ainsi que de la terrasse du petit déjeuner.

Emplacement idéal à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Matala, du bord de mer.
Personnel très sympathiques !
Pool Bar appréciable. Chambre calme, bien isolée. Climatisation fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Literie pas très confortable (surtout les oreillers, très gros et durs).
Petit déjeuner convenable mais pourrait être amélioré.
Pas de produit à notre disposition dans la chambre (gel douche, shampoing, conditionner, body lotion/crème hydratante corps) en dehors de petits savons solides (insuffisants).
Nous avons passé 3 nuits et regrettons que le ménage de la chambre (et changement des serviettes) ne se fasse qu'une fois par semaine = zéro fois dans notre cas pour 3 nuits.

Ontspannen op een top locatie
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel om maximaal tot rust te komen. Hotel en Matala is echt genieten. Het zwembad en de ligbedden in de schaduw maakt het helemaal compleet om tot rust te komen. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het strand en leuke restaurantjes waar iedereen heel relaxt is.

Egy élmény volt!

Komfortabel und ruhig in Matala
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Lage ist top in ca 5 Gehminuten ist man am Strand, der Pool und Spielplatz war super für unsere kleine Tochter, das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Aussderm war das Personal sehr freundlich

Der Geruch des Abwassers war teilweise unangenehm jedoch auch auf der Straße vor dem Hotel, ich denke viele werfen das Klopapier in die Toilette und das wird das Problem sein, am Hotel lag es eher nicht

Pros:

Very nice and cozy hotel. We enjoyed there a lot. It is near the beach, the food is good and also the stuff was polite. we will for sure come back next year!

Potentiel à exploiter mieux.
Pros:

Hôtel qui a du potentiel. Grandes chambres . Matelas ferme mais on sent les ressorts. Il serait préférable d’avoir un sur matelas. Pas d’eau chaude 2 jours sur 3 vers 17h… petit déjeuner acceptable. Très belle piscine. Calme
