Great location, easy walk to town centre, stunning views and beautiful setting. Lovely bedrooms, nice pool area and breakfast was outstanding. Excellent staff very friendly.
There wasn’t anything we disliked.
We arrived at 9.30am the welcome a d check in service very fast and professional and our room was available and they allowed us to use the room right away which was amazing. The staff really friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have had.
Just missing an ironing board nothing else.
This was our first stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Everywhere was beautifully clean and the furnture fixtures & fittings were lovely and modern.. The breakfast choice was extensive and lovely.Having the room.cleaned & fresh towels everyday was a luxury.
The views were simply amazing and the rooftop restaurant food was really good both for lunch & dinner.The staff were outstanding, polite, helpful happy and couldnt do enough for you, a credit to the hotel. We will definately be back.
Nowhere in the details does it mention the amount of stairs within the property which may be difficult for some who may have mobility problems. From the main building & the roioftop terrace the pool is down two long flights of stairs., a further flight down to the back of the property to the parking area.To get to our room we had to go down 4 flights of stairs and up 4 flights to get to breakfast etc...My husband has heart problems so he did fiind all the stairs a bit difficult at times especially in the heat.
We think.it would be helpful to have a hotel nformation leaflet in the room explaining things like..
breakfast times.. restaurant opening times/menu...info re the pool towels etc...
The pool was lovely but the area around it was tiny & cramped with nowhere near enough sunbeds..considering the hotel has 24 rooms there were only 16 sunbeds. Having said that the 3 days out of 9 we had a pool day we did get a sunbed without much troube...
None of the above would put us off returning but feel a bit more info in the details would be helpful..

Сам отель новый, очень чистый и уютный. Номера современные и комфортные, а уровень сервиса заслуживает отдельной похвалы. Завтраки просто восхитительные — разнообразные, вкусные и с красивой подачей.
Здесь чувствуется искреннее гостеприимство и забота о каждом госте. Если вы ищете комфортный отдых в Калкане, то Kalkan Saray Suites — отличный выбор. Мы обязательно вернёмся снова!

The location was excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Asena stood out for us as she was always smiling and tried her best to communicate with us despite the language barrier. From our balcony and from the restaurant there was a beautiful views of Kalkan.
The room we were given was called the penthouse room, but it was surprisingly small. Fortunately, we are petite, as taller guests would likely struggle with the low ceiling height. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and there were several maintenance issues, including a non-functioning main shower, a toilet flush that repeatedly came loose from the wall, and a power outlet next to the sink that was hanging out of the wall, which posed a safety concern. There was no iron in the room, so we had to request one each time we needed it, and the hotel did not provide an ironing board therefore we had to do our ironing on the bed. While the room was clean and functional, housekeeping did not replenish bottled water daily. The pool area was also quite small, with limited seating available, so we chose to spend most of our time at nearby beach clubs instead. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection.

We booked a deluxe suite, which is one of their best and more expensive rooms, only to be given a room where the entire pool area can see directly into your room. There were two men sitting right outside our window drinking beers; making my partner feel too uncomfortable. We were moved to a classic room for one night and another deluxe room on the second night which was perfect. But overall not a great experience.

The hotel is clean and has good facilities.
We booked a standard twin room that was supposed to have a balcony with a mountain view. We were shown into room 119 which is very dim and does not have a window only a door onto a dark balcony with no view whatsoever. The facilities of the room were fine but I have never stayed in a room with so little natural light which made it all quite depressing for the price we had paid many months in advance. It was very disappointing given the hotel was not full and room 119 is obviously the worst room in the hotel.. On the basis of our experience I cannot recommend this hotel
