I would stay again in similar circumstances.

The location was excellent was extremely convenient for reaching nearby destinations.

Cons:

The stay was generally pleasant and the facilities were well-maintained, but it was disappointing that breakfast was not included in the room rate. Aside from this, the overall experience was adequate and met my basic requirements for a short trip.

Excellent hotel and experience - we recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean. Our room was great - clean and comfortable. The real down pillow was amazing and I had a great night's rest.

Overall great. Skip the meals. Good chefs, poor servers.
Pros:

The breakfast was an issue. The tables were dirty and the waitress was watching the tv and looking at her phone. I found a clean table, but it was unstable, off balance. I sat down at a clean table for five minutes and the waitress walked out of the room. I had to submit my order through the front desk. When she returned, I mentioned that she made me wait for five minutes, then walked out. She got an attitude and said, "I am entitled to take restroom breaks whenever I need." Lousy service.

Cons:

Restaurant tables were not clean and off balance. Wait staff had an attitude. Everyone else was professional.

The Wi-fi took long to connect. After a while the pool had a slight fishy smell (unsure where the smell was coming from however noticed while being in the water.

Great spot on the way to our Vacation destination.
Pros:

It was a great relay point for our drive to Canada. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The Hotel room was clean and seemed to have new furnishings. It was located right next to a gas station and food options. Albany was a great city with varied food choices.

Nothing.

A good experience
Pros:

I used to live in the Capital District for many years before moving to South Carolina. I often difficulty in finding a quality hotel I want to stay in. My wife found the Four Points on line, it had a the amenities we were looking for. We stayed a week in a modern, clean room with fairly quiet A/C ( lol). The staff was great. I want to commend to commend one of your front desk clerk, Rondell. He was very personable, professional, pleasure and genuinely attentive. I even called the hotel after I got back to SC with a billing question and I ended up speaking with Rondell yet again. He answered my question and resolved my issue. I was impressed with my time at the Four Points and will recommend.
