Overall we had a bad experience!!!

Complains:::

First—Reception is outside near the highway and dosgs are all over, smells poops and dogs. It is so disgusting.

Second- there are lots of cats in front of the door. Smells poops of cats and dogs. I feel like vomitting.

Third- when i entered the room it smells so bad. Like a massage oil smell but terrible smell. Bed linens are dirty as well as the rooms and bathrooms.

Fourth- in the morning around 9:30am when we are about to go out outside the door there is litters an poops of dog/ cats.

Lastly, the resort hotel is nearby the highway its so loud you cant sleep because you can hear all the noise of he motorcycles, tricycles, any kind of vehicles as well as the sound of the bird.

It is sooo disgusting what a terrible experience.

Overall we have a bad experience.😡😡😡

There are better alternatives!
Pros:

It was just close to the venue of the wedding we were
To attend , the only reason why we book this resort.
The staff were pleasant and polite

Cons:

The room we stayed at was quite rundown.
The resort is not ideal for people with mobility issues.
Towels are not automatically provided, you have to ask for it and they run out!!!
You have to pay to use the swimming pool, its not included in the resort booking
They charge us for people who were just going to get something even if it was only for few minutes.
They don’t accept credit card. Only cash, Gcash and Maya! Very inconvenient

Pros:

Staff were quite friendly

Cons:

The lock on the door wasn't so secure. People were constantly trying to open the door with their keys and it unlocks the door. Good thing there was a mini bolt lock

Resort Staff are all accommodating and helpful. The place is nice.
Pros:

Cons:

Published room availability is not what we expected. I need to argue to the resort staff just to get what exactly we booked. It showing for 8 guests (even in photos) but in reality it’s only for 6 guest.
