Pros:

Al lado de la estación, perfecto para hacer 1 noche, visitar el castillo y el complejo engyo-ji donde se grabó el último samurai!
También se pueden dejar las maletas después del check inn.

Pros:

当日でも快く予約ができて、喫煙と禁煙の入力を間違えていたのに、すぐに禁煙の部屋に変更してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。
ありがとうございました。
朝食も大満足でした。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋でしたが、お部屋の臭いが…少々鼻についたくらいです。

次姫路に行く時は絶対リピだし、友達にもオススメしたいです！
Pros:

朝ごはんが無料サービスとなっていたので期待していなかったのですが、種類も豊富で私も子供達も楽しませてもらえました！あと、モーニングを作って下さってくれてる方達が素敵な笑顔で皆んなに「おはようございます！」と言ってらっしゃったのが、朝から嬉しい気持ちにさせて貰えて嬉しかったです！
フロントの方達も親身に対応して下さり、楽しい旅になりました！
部屋も綺麗で、安心して寝れました！

Cons:

パジャマ？が、少しオジサン臭だったのは残念でした。

Great spot. Details need to be updated.
Pros:

The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Location fantastic. Could not ask for more there.

The bathroom was enough, but the physical toilet is so small. I'm not joking. I'm 6'3", I'm not fat and I could not physically sit on the toilet properly.

Cons:

The information on booking.com is not complete.
1. What is written is that The carpark is first in, and bookings can't be made. No problem, but when I get there what that means is if you get the carpark first that is the booking/reservation. You can come and go as you please and the spot is not taken there after. So even if you get there and the light is green showing vacancy, you might not be able to use the onsite park.

If you're not in early enough you have to park at a Times car park. It is close so no problem. It is actually cheaper than the hotel, but not the advantage of come and go as you please. Need to pay each time you exit.

2. It says on booking.com that kids are free. What this means is breakfast is included, but not amenities. It does say this on the main Toyoko Inn. Not a big deal, only 100 yen/towel. But when you get there and you suddenly have to pay more, it makes you fear what more is needed to be paid for. I wasn't sure if breakfast was included anymore or what other 'sneaky' charge may happen after we checkout.

What needs to happen here is either link the booking .com extra info to the Toyoko Inn webpage conditions or put all the details down on the Booking.com site.

気持ちよく滞在できた。
Pros:

スタッフの方が、笑顔で出迎え、送り出ししてくれて気持ちよかった。24時まで使える無料コーヒーサーバーも嬉しい。前週に近隣の同系列ホテルを利用したが、そこよりも施設、雰囲気、サービスとも全体的に良かった。
