The location was the only positive aspect. However, it was not convenient for picking up a taxi, as guests have to drag their luggage uphill to reach the pickup point.

Cons:

The room was very small and the furniture was of poor quality. There was no room service, the refrigerator did not cool properly, and the TV had very limited channel options. The room’s view was of a wall/building, offering no meaningful view.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen auf der Homepage haben wir von diesem Aufenthalt etwas anderes erwartet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Man kann von dort alle Aktivitäten aus starten.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war mangelhaft. Der Fußboden wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gewischt. Im Bad lagen nach dem Säubern Haare auf dem Fußboden. Zudem war das Bad viel zu klein und aufgrund des Türanschlags kam man kaum ins Bad hinein. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend.

Habitaciones bien presentadas

Cons:

La llegada al hotel no es nada agradable ( callejones inseguros) muy mal con el servicio de transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel y al irnos nos debían despertar a las 7AM y llamaron a las 4AM !!!

شكرا لكل العاملين في الفندق وشكر خاص لعبد الوهاب الذي يعمل في المطعم كان قمة في الرقي والاخلاق

طاقم العمل كانو قمة في الرقي والاخلاق والادب ، الاستقبال كانو جداً محترفين ، العمال في المطعم كانو روعة في الصبر والهدوء ، المكان رائع وهادئ ويستاهل خمس نجوم

وطبعاً شكر خاص لعبد الوهاب الذي يعمل في المطعم كان قمة في الاحترافيه والادب

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - wenig Strassenlärm - Personal sehr bemüht - schöne Aussicht vom Dach

Cons:

Lage direkt an eine Moschee - Übertragung der Gebete durch Lautsprecher direkt an der Wand des Hotels - entsprechend sehr Laut um 5 Uhr morgens.
Betten etwas durchgelegen.
Frühstücksbuffet hat noch Luft nach oben

Good hotel with great breakfast, convenient for sightseeing
Pros:

Breakfast on the top floor with great views was spectacular! Fantastic choice for breakfast, good sized rooms, staff were lovely, walking distance to all the main attractions and to the ferry to the Asian side, plenty restaurants nearby

Cons:

We booked rooms with "courtyard view" but looked onto a stone wall a few meters opposite (asked for room with better view but not available), the bathroom was small and the door opened inwards, we were just about ok but anyone larger than average would struggle to get in, towels were quite thin
