המתקנים חדישים, המיטה נוחה.

Cons:

אם באים עם רכב, קצת קשה למצוא חניה, מצאנו חניה חינמית קצת רחוק,
והחדר מאד מינימליסטי, יש מיטה מקלחת פיצית קומקום ומקרר קטן בלי מקפיא.

Pros:

Great location from port, restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed, good size shower with shower door so no water leaking onto floor. We had a room on backside and it was quiet.

Staff communicated promptly, were very helpful and made it easy to store our luggage.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé dans une rue vivante avec de bons restaurants et près de bars pour le soir. Idéal pour visiter Chania.
Chambre moderne, design et super confortable. La meilleure que j’ai eu pour ce budget.

Cons:

Pas de parking organisé par l’hôtel.

Great Place in Heart of Old Town
Pros:

Being in the heart of the old town, this is the perfect location for anyone that wants to ditch their car and walk with plenty to do, eat and drink within a short walk.

The room was modern, clean and had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the city.

Contactless check in was a breeze. Loved that there was a coded lockbox so we could just leave the keys while we were out.

Cons:

We had a rental car so the lack of parking around the area was a bit of a pain but we found a free parking lot within a small walk.

It was a very convenient spot close to all the Old Town activity.
Pros:

The location is super convenient to the old town . A very quick walk down to the square on the water with all the eateries and shopping. The street the hotel is on is pleasantly lively in the evening with bustling restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served down the street at a nice spot. I had the yogurt and fruit which was delicious (and beautifully presented).
There is a self serve laundromat right at the head of the street, so convenient.
The room was clean, well organized, had a balcony where we could sit outside.

Cons:

This is not a complaint. It is information.
Do not try to drive yourself here. Use a cab. Parking is impossible. Save yourself that aggravation! Also if you have physical limitations be sure to secure a first floor room. The stairs are steep and tall! Again, not a complaint, just info.

Small apartment in great location. Very clean but very noisy at night with loud music until after midnight.

Well located apartment with good breakfast and nice terrace next to the restaurant.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the location is great. Room was nice with comfortable beds and quite well sound-insulated. Welcome-raki was nice surprise.

Cons:

If you prefer quiet then it would be good to know that there is restaurant terrace almost at the balcony and they had live music on both nights. It didn't bother us much and we had ear-plugs so we were able to sleep well enough.
Also the smell in the room is bit musty (as it was in all our 3 locations where we stayed in Crete, so I guess its just normal).
