Very disappointed I paid £145 and it wasn't worth £50... It looked great on the website
Pros:

The bedroom was very clean....

Cons:

We walked into the bar area and it felt very intimidating lots of young kids at the bar and a party was on in the function room.
The room we were given was situated on top of the party room so music was blasting out until 12 midnight.
The room had a TV and sky box but nothing worked.
5am someone was moving tables and chairs downstairs scraping across the floor, it was horrendous.
I paid for the breakfast but it was just so off putting I just handed the key in and left. Very disappointed. Somebody else was complaining on the phone whilst I was waiting to hand my key in.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly. The twin room was large. The evening meals on the 3 nights were excellent. Very comfortable beds. The location was very good go for what we wanted to do.

Cons:

The luxury twin room was very poor, poor lighting and not enough lighting. Should not be described as luxury. The room overlooked the back yard / kitchens and general rubbish. Kitchens were noisy with singing and loud music in early evening and at the end of the evening dinner shift. Kitchen extractor fans were on the wall outside the bedroom window / noisy. Couldn't get the shower to work and the cubicle door nearly fell off. In the Large bathroom not enough shelving / places to store general bathroom kit. Couldn't have dessert on the first night as the kitchen closed early.

Purtroppo era in mezzo al nowhere....e io da sola non sapevo muovermi....era sabato e per partire alla domenica ho dovuto studiare....non c'era il treno...alla fine ho trovato un autobus.....😍

Pros:

Lovely large room and comfy bed

Cons:

Closed the restaurant at 7.30pm as I arrived after a very long day, with no offer of even a sandwich. Also said served food all day but actually didn't between 10am & 12pm.

Pros:

Excellent location for East Riddkesden hall. Nice evening meal. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

As others have said, the hotel looks a little tired but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast healthy options could be expanded.

Overall a ok stay .
Pros:

Nice breakfast , good quality food .

Cons:

A information pack in the room would have been nice . A little history about the building would have been interesting as it was a Manor House .
Grounds needed a good gardener for a few days .
Bathroom needs new around the bath .
The hotel needs refreshing as it has a tired appearance.

Lovely staff but accommodation a massive let down

It is sad to see that if this property had a bit of money spent on it could bring it back up to date and had a good clean outside
