Nice location, great staff
Pros:

Food was good, staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice location, close to rail station.

Cons:

Jacuzzi bath in our room didn't work. Some of the decor was a bit tired.

Perfect
Pros:

The staff were super friendly,I’m on oxygen so there was 2 particular members Ryan and Summer super helpful can sing there praise enough even though I paid for the full breakfast we never ate it just because we was in a rush .. Also even though there was a wedding we had a peaceful night ,which helped with are cozy night

Cons:

Nothing it’s a event venue and we knew understood and not a single sound or anything loved the place

1 night anniversary stay
Pros:

Good location for our visit to Bolton Abbey
Room 9 was huge, great for a family
Nice breakfast options

Cons:

Old building so very creeky floorboards and bedroom door rattled when people walked past so pretty noisy and disturbed our 16 month old in the night

Could have done with dusting and hoover in our room - our little one was finding all sorts on the floor in the carpet!

Comfortable beds and clean facilities

Cons:

Staff wizzed through timings- eg breakfast/check out etc
Nothing in room with WiFi password- had to find it downstairs
TV channels choice was great but very annoying buzzing when tv was on.
