Alt var under renovation. Ingen lydisolering fordi døren var lavet skævt. Ingen håndklæde, ingen personale. Det burde ha været billigere end det var

Pros:

That was my second stay here. I like the rooms. They're fresh renovated and clean. The whole building is under renovation rightnow. There is good access to bus stop and Aldi, just across the street. Short walking distance to Chinese Take Away, Netto and also small nice Place, where you can eat breakfast and drink coffe(2 min.)this area is quiet.

Cons:

The shower drain was blocked and in the room is no Tv like said in Booking.com. I would suggest to the owner to put some kettle in each room for quest cause when the arrival is late, there is no place to drink something hot😉

Сподобався готель за гарну розв'язку,в шаговій доступності зупинка,супермаркети ,кафе,ціна гарна ,як для Гамбургу ,там був ремонт і трохи пильно в коридорі але це оправдало ціною,був нюанс з кодом від номеру ,персонал все швидко вирішив Рекомендую.

Einziger Lichtblick, das Zimmer war sauber und WLAN vorhanden

Cons:

Der gesamte Flur des Hotels sah aus wie auf einer Baustelle. Dreckig vom Trockenbau der durchgeführt wurde. Bei solchen Arbeiten sollte das Hotel geschlossen werden, da der Dreck überall war
Das Zimmer hatte kein TV oder Telefon wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben
Es war für 2 Personen gebucht, aber nur eine Decke und Kissen waren bezogen. Eine zweite Decke und Kissen lagen unbezogen auf dem Fussboden
Es gab keine Handtücher
Personal war nicht vor Ort

Das Hotel war eine Baustelle. Im Zimmer gab es weder einen Fernseher (Steckdose war schon da) noch Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage bezüglich Handtücher, sollte man sich aus einem anderen Zimmer die Handtücher holen. Es gab aber nur 1 Handtuch. Insgesamt machte es einen schmuddeligen Eindruck (Handtuch, Bettwäsche). So schnell nicht wieder.

Pros:

Es war überhaupt nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, es gab weder Kissen noch Handtücher. In den Badezimmern gab es kein warmes Wasser. Alles war nass. Wir mussten kalt duschen. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden und kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Für den Preis habe ich erwartet, dass die Unterkunft sauber und ruhig ist. Stattdessen wurde ich von Staub, Bauarbeiten und Werkzeugen empfangen- es fühlte sich eher wie auf einer Baustelle als in einem Hotel an. Zudem laufen ständig Arbeiter vorbei, sodass man weder Ruhe noch Privatsphäre hat.
Ich empfinde diese Situation als sehr unprofessionell und kann das Hotel unter diesen Umständen leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

billiges Zimmer in jeder Hinsicht , wenn Schmutz, Ausstattung und Technik egal sind

Cons:

Zimmer extrem unsauber, Bettlaken mit Flecken, Toilette mit gelb-bräunlichen Flüssigkeitsstreifen außen, überall Haare und Bartstoppeln im Bad, keine Gardinen an Fenster in Parterre, Klemmdosen 220V offen und ohne Abdeckung am Bett, fehlende Glühbirnen, Heizung ohne Einstellmöglichkeiten, um das Haus alles zugemüllt durch Baustelle im Haus. Kein Frühstück mit der Begründung „ hier ist Baustelle“

In this hotel, we had reserved three rooms in advance online for two nights, from Friday, May 1st, to Sunday, May 3rd, and we had already paid for them.
The conditions of all three rooms were very bad.
As well as the administrative issues:

1. Administrative problems:
When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one available to guide or assist us. Later, another guest—who had experienced the same problems on the first day—helped us. On the second day, the lock of room number 19 got blocked. We had to call online support, and they unlocked it remotely.

2. In all three rooms, the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were dirty and had not been changed throughout our stay until the last day.

3. There was ongoing work in the hotel, all the corridors were dirty.

4. The bathrooms were dirty, and there was no shampoo or soap provided. There were only two towels, and they were also dirty. The shower pipe was broken

1. In this hotel, there was a kitchen on the first floor; it was very dirty and also had cockroaches.”
In short, the hotel service was zero. It was difficult for us to find another hotel in such a short time, There was no other choice, so we stayed for two nights.

This was the first time in our lives that we stayed in such a bad hotel, especially in an advanced country like Germany.
