Not soo okay
Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly cleaning crew was amazing 👏

Cons:

The staff had no communication between each other. The a/c was not working told them and they took a while to send someone had to keep calling front desk. Hate to be a bother, but the room was extremely warm even when our group came back we had to stick it out for the night because it was already late it was 3am and still no a/c we finally changed rooms that morning around 11 am. Wished it was handled sooner. Also pool hours wished it was open a little longer for people to lile to night swim.
