Hotel com aparência e cheiro de novo, com instalações modernas e entregando um boa experiência pelo valor cobrado. Banheiro muito bom, assim como a limpeza.

Location was superb for everything we needed
Breakfast was a bit hit and miss in terms of seating.
Einfacher und schneller Check in und out. Sehr sauber, schönes Zimmer mit Küche und tollem Bad.
Jeden Morgen gab es frische Rühreier, und Waffeln, dazu Bratkartoffeln (die nicht immer frisch waren).
Das Frühstück hätte ein wenig „üppiger“ sein können. Es gab nur Butter, Frischkäse und Gelee als Aufstrich. Dazu Toast oder Bagels.
Leider kostet das Parken direkt vor dem Hotel $24 pro Tag. Das hatten wir beim Buchen übersehen.
Donna checked us in and was amazing! Room was great and loved the area
Donna has been so accommodating and helpful. I experienced an error to my reservation. She guided me on helpful ways to resolve my issues, although the error was created by me . For this I am grateful. I would definitely recommend this location again.

I had an outstanding stay at the Element Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Karlin, the Assistant General Manager. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure every aspect of my stay was exceptional. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly set the standard for outstanding hospitality.
The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always eager to help.
Thank you, Karlin, and the entire Element Hotel team for providing such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely room with amazing customer service. Donna was very hospitable and always greeted us upon walking into the door. Great atmosphere and view from our room of the Orlando eye! Perfect location with tons of food options and entertainment for each night. Noise level was perfect, hardly heard other guests and was able to sleep through the night perfectly. Very clean rooms and environment and the value was amazing for the price and location!
Great stay at a lovely place! Donna at the front desk was an absolute treat and was extremely hospitable! Would definitely stay here again just to see her!

There's a few things
1: 25 dollars to park in a public parking spot
2: shower pressure was very weak
3: breakfast was no good very watery
The location is perfect and close to everything. The room are clean, big and comfortable . Includes free Breakfast in the morning which is included with your stay.
Check-in was a breeze and Donna was awesome!
