Great location in Serian for a great value
Pros:

The breakfast spread was good and had a decent variety of foods such as Laksa Sarawak, sausages, bread and siew mai. The laksa was particularly yummy. The room we booked was a good value for the price and location in Serian town.

Cons:

We purposely booked the Room With Parking (an additional RM8 on top of the regular room price) as we were arriving with our own vehicle. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to be told that all parking spots were full and that it was a "first come first served" basis - this didn't make much sense to us as we had already pre-booked and paid the parking for an additional RM8. This frustration led us having to search for parking for about 40 minutes. The receptionist handled our disappointment well and we appreciate him trying to explain. However, I strongly urge the management to remove the Room With Parking option as this is certainly NOT the case nor is it guaranteed. Cleanliness was an issue when we checked in (the floor had not been swept nor mopped - there was glitter and fake lashes on the floor) but kudos to the housekeeping staff who settled it fast and without fuss.
