الباص الذي ينقلكم للحرم قام بانزال ساكنين الفندق بمنطقه بعيدة عن الحرم مسافه 2 كيلو ولم يكونوا واضحين قبل عن مكان النزول الذي تسبب باخذ تاكسي مرة اخرى من الشارع لين الحرم ومعنا كبار سن واطفال !!!! والسائق تبع الباص غير مهذب بالتصرف ..

حسن تعامل موظفين

Cons:

أشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن التعامل والاحترام، ولكن للأسف كانت تجربتي مع الفندق غير مرضية.

المكان أقرب إلى شقة مفروشة منه إلى فندق، كما أن مستوى النظافة كان ضعيفًا، مع وجود روائح غير مستحبة داخل المكان. كذلك فإن الصور المعروضة عند الحجز لا تعكس الواقع الفعلي.

كما أن خدمات الفندق لم تكن بالمستوى المأمول، وخاصة من ناحية نظافة الأدوات والمرافق، وهو أمر أساسي يؤثر بشكل مباشر على راحة النزيل وجودة الإقامة.

بناءً على تجربتي، لن أكرر الإقامة مرة أخرى، وآمل من الإدارة معالجة هذه الملاحظات وتحسين مستوى الخدمة والنظافة

رحلتي الى سيزون ستار المدينة

الفطور كان مذهلا والشقة مريحة للغاية و المكان جميل

Cons:

الباص كان سيئا ولا يوصل الى الحرم تماما إنما نحتاج بعدها ان نسير مسافة كيلو حتى نصل الى الحرم و هذه خدمة سيئة للغاية وعند الرجوع نسير كيلو ثانية لموقع التجمع حتى نصعد للباص والا تركنا و رحل خاصة في الفجر لم نستطع اداء صلاة الإشراق حتى.
