A beautiful stay filled with genuine Maltese hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Hotel and were so impressed by the warmth, kindness and professionalism of the entire team.

From the moment we arrived, the front-of-house staff made us feel truly welcome. Fernanda was exceptional — friendly, caring and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Aleksandar, the Customer Experience Manager, was outstanding. He took the time to speak with us, offered wonderful suggestions, and shared his excellent knowledge of Malta. His personal attention and genuine desire to make our stay special were greatly appreciated.

Eirene was also wonderful, always willing to assist and make our stay easier. A special thank you to Mark, who went out of his way to help fix my husband’s shoe. Such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of the genuine care we experienced throughout our stay.

Our room was stylish, comfortable and beautifully designed, with a wonderful bathroom. It was also spotlessly clean, thanks to the fantastic housekeeping team who showed such pride and attention to detail.

The team at Embassy Hotel trully represents the warmth of Maltese hospitality. We felt so welcomed and cared for that we were genuinely sad to leave Malta.

Thank you Fernanda, Aleksandar, Eirene, Mark and the entire Embassy Hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We will always remember your kindness.

Bel hôtel mais trop bruyant
Pros:

Tres bel hôtel, en hyper centre. Belle et grande chambre. Petit déjeuner varié avec belle vue.

Cons:

Nos chambres étaient côté rue, tres bruyante. On a tres mal dormi. Il faudrai vraiment revoir l isolation des fenêtres. Cette impossibilité de se reposer sereinement est vraiment le point noir de ce séjour. Je ne conseillerai pas l hôtel a cause de cela.
Enfin piscine sympa mais tres petite. Faite en sorte de stopper les clients qui des 9h bloquent les transat alors que la piscine n est pas ouverte.
