We had a wonderful stay, and the location and value of the hotel were truly fantastic. The team were all excellent and made our stay very comfortable, in particular Iman who was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay
Location is outstanding and the hotel is clean and rooms large and comfortable. The rooftop pool and view is outstanding and we used it everyday . We definitely would stay here again
Our room was nice but very cave like. The layout is the layout but I’d ask for a room with more light . Service was a bit uneven to be honest with some employees really bending over backwards while others bit so much.
The pool deck is beautiful but very crowded and not laid out very well. However service on the roof was excellent and it’s not like they can add on anywhere lol
Location is fantastic, we were initially not satisfied with our allocated room, which was quickly sorted by Alexander with a nice alternative. The room was good, however a bit dark & seemed musty when the AC re-started. Amazing rooftop with small pool & surrounds so difficult to get a sunbed. Because rooftop restaurant is public, the pool shut at 18:30 for general public restaurant & then re-opens at 12:00 for late swim, which was a bit strange.

Excellent location and a great roof-top restaurant and pool with fantastic view of the city. Also a nice lounge area on first floor to relax. All the staff was very attentive and helpful

Located in the centre of town close to everything you want to see and do. Very vibrant nightlife too. Staff were helpful and pleasant. View from the rooftop of Valletta was amazing. Breakfast and pool were very good. You could go for a midnight swim which was great.

The location is undeniably ideal, but as with any hotel, it's the staff that make it exceptional. From start to finish, Abeer was our rock. Supportive. Engaged. Genuinely interested in our welfare. We thank her and the lovely lady who cleaned our room - every day. Beautiful soul. Cared for every detail - thank you.
Beautiful location and pool
We were double charged for our drinks put on our room because they’re card machine didn’t work well. We still haven’t been reimbursed one week later. Calls and follow ups and still waiting for our £75 back
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was incredibly clean, tidy and absolutely spotless, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
All of the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. They regularly checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
One particularly thoughtful gesture was allowing us to use an empty room to freshen up and wash after we had checked out, as our flight wasn’t until later that evening. This was such a kind and helpful touch and really showed how much they cared about their guests.
A special mention must go to Alexander, who was fantastic and really helped make our experience so enjoyable. His friendly and helpful attitude made a real difference.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The cleanliness, excellent service and genuinely caring staff made it a memorable experience, and we would happily stay here again.
