Located in Thamel the market area but really well tugged away in a long driveway.
I had to try the penthouse suite and it was simply amazing.
The wifi is good, staff are really helpful and 10/10 recommend!
You could hear some music from the bars in the evening but it wasnt that serious.

The night staff were good and helpful, but unfortunately, my experience with the day staff was very disappointing. They were quite rude and unwelcoming, especially when I asked for my bill and how they treat the local people I don’t think they are welcoming with others people as well.
The room was very small, and the swimming pool was extremely tiny, almost like a small pond. The view was also disappointing and did not meet my expectations.
As a local Nepali guest, I did not feel comfortable or properly welcomed during my stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

The clean, modern look in the heart of Kathmandu
The drain in the bathroom was quite bad smelling.
The hotel has a luxurious vibe and the people working at the reception are very kind. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. Moreover the rooftopbar give a nice view over kathmandu.

Some facilities weren't working properly, for example the washroom door was not locking properly and there weren't any amenities in the mini bar in our room

The staff in this hotel were so lovely - we stayed two night either side of a trip to Pokhara/Chitwan and while we'd booked the first night an agent had booked the second, and then without telling us, had chosen not to go with Arushi as we'd requested but booked us in elsewhere. When we arrived late afternoon and knackered at Arushi and found no sign of any booking, the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had rooms. They also made sure we had breakfast the next day. The bar on the roof is great, the food was decent, and the rooms very comfortable with good facilities and excellent showers. Location was good too.
Sie haben mir 2 Nächte berechnet, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet haben. Wir haben eine Nacht telefonisch abgesagt, und sie akzeptieren es nicht. Wir als Touristen sobd nocht schuldig an extrem schlechten Straßen in Nepal! Es ist einfach nur ein betrügerisches Verhalten, mit lachen das die uns betrogen haben.
