Quarto para família não fica no hotel, fica num prédio próximo, não tem elevador, tivemos que subir 3 andares com escada íngreme com as malas, no quarto principal não tem ar condicionado, apenas na sala aonde está o sofá cama, camas velhas muito moles (precisam ser trocadas), quarto precisa de manutenção urgente, torneira da pia com ferrugem, chuveiro fraco, lâmpadas queimadas. NÃO CONDIZ COM O PREÇO PAGO.

Staff very dismissive and not helpful bar two members of staff being the young girl at the reception when checking out and the older gentleman at the bar.
Went to ask the man on reception for some things and he had said his colleague can assist and then turned around and spoke to another member of staff and didn’t even try to see what my problem was that I was having. He was also the only person around to ask as there was no colleague around that he had suggested or pointed me in the direction of.
We had no toilet roll requested more and was handed half a roll that was on the reception desk, no clean towels unless requested, three day rule for cleaning the room and again have to request.
Room very unclean and smelled.
TV stopped working and requested an extra pillow and it seemed like it was a problem when asking someone to check it out and have.
Returned to our room and there was a member of staff in our room in the bathroom which suggested he was cleaning as he asked us to return back in 10 minutes. This was at 5:30pm which is ridiculous and somewhat unacceptable. When we returned back not to our surprise. The room was NOT cleaned as the bed was unmade the dust that was in the room was still there and the cups we had been using were not taken out and clean ones given.
Kettle was also broken and light in kettle hanging out and plugs very dusty along with coffee machine.

No staff to help - room is basic

Si je devais donner 1 petit point négatif. Un frigo dans la chambre serrait top car il y à la place et j'aime boire mon eau froide.

La pulizia camere poco soddisfacente

Frigorifero mancante, è un problema per noi turisti non avere il frigorifero

Tesiste başka arkadaşlarımla oda kiralamıştık ,aynı katta kalma talebimizde diğer odayı değiştirdiklerinde otelin en kötü odasını verdiler , zemin katta boruların geçtiği , pencereyi açamadıkları bir oda verdiler , bu konuda nir uyarıda bulunmadılar

Bu değişiklik sonrasında benim odama ben içerideyken , kapıyı açarak bir görevli temizlik için girmek istedi ve inanılmaz korktum . Oda değişikliği nedeni ile sorun olduğunu belirttiler

Bir akşam otelde bulunan markette yaptığımız alışveriş sonrası açacak aradık , bulamayınca resepsiyona sorduk sanki her zaman bilememiz gerekiyormuş gibi barın orada olduğunu ifade ettiler .
