La personne qui a enregistré mon arrivée ne lna pas fait complètement elle m’a laissée en plan pensant que je pouvais continuer à le faire seule ce qui n’a pas été le cas Une jeune femme du personnel m a aidée à finaliser mon arrivée Par ailleurs le bac de douche était bouché donc mal entretenu Du bruit également provenant des chambres voisines Donc chambres mal isolées

We stayed in the apartment - we had a mouse in the room and not advertised clearly enough the accessibility (4 flights of very steep stairs). Staff moved us to another room after we had to ask when we discovered the mouse. hotel not to spec as advertised.

Great place!
Pros:

Great location. Strong air conditioning! We moved from another location to here for AC. Our adult children were in a deluxe room with 2 rooms in a separate apartment (no elevator though) that was so nice. My husband and I were in a standard double room. It was small but cool and dark at night. Within 10 minute walk to the trams and metro.
