Big room. Good breakfast
Toilet separate to the bathroom
Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent service in general.
Clean and modern, comfortable room.
Hotel entrance street is essentially a dirty alley. Homeless person living close by the hotel entrance.
Nice clean rooms, very friendly service and staff. Excellent proximity to great restaurants and walking spaces. Beds are very soft. Room is organized and has a ironboard and iron in it already! Lots of spaces to put luggage and table tops to place things.
Nitpicky things but: Entrance is in an alley and right next to a bunch of dumpsters on the block which isn't great. Water pressure felt surprisingly low for the sink and the shower. Couches in room and rugs could all use a deep clean
The staff were really nice and helpful
You know when you feel something is not that clean! This is the feeling that I had all night I couldn’t sleep comfortably. Plus, note that the bathroom is divided into 2 sides ! Once you enter the room, a right door for the shower and sink, then the ail for the room, then a left room for the toilet!
I have been a travel blogger for a long time and this was the most egregiously over-priced and inconvenient stay I have ever had. They price gauged that weekend and charged over $800 per night for rooms that should have been maybe $350 and maybe $500 on a surge. That is being generous as there was nothing outstanding. However, the real complaint is that it said there were multiple restaurants and upon arrival guests were informed that they had sold those out for a "private event" now mind you there is nothing private about it. It is open to the hotel so it was crazy loud, but roped off so guests could not access any seating nor food. The wildest part though is that on top of that they closed room service!! Now, keep in mind they don't offer lunch period. I am not sure why, but they only do breakfast and dinner and a brunch on weekends so there is not lunch at all. They did say they had breakfast, dinner, and room service which is a lot of the reason I paid the ridiculous $800 per night for the convenience. Well...that was not the case. Instead, they billed guests this crazy amount of money and provided no food options then double-dipped and sold out the venue at the inconvenience of the over-charged guests who had no restaurants, no room service, and couldn't handle the extreme noise of the few lobby seats we were still allowed to use. Just greedy and horrible.
Everything was quite lovely; the staff was excellent, and the location left nothing to be desired. If you’re ever in the city of Philadelphia and looking for a place to stay, I recommend it.
