The room was very clean. I like the beds ,they were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was great and because we were not early breakfast guests, our selections were packaged to go.
The lounge needs to be updated with newer furnishings
Very clean, fantastic location
$70 for valet parking
Nice size room, great city view. Beds were comfy, room was stylish. Buffet breakfast was high quality. Staff were friendly. Location was wonderful.
Aircon was hit/miss, either blew like the frozen arctic or was too hot in the room. While the motion-sensor nightlights built into the bed were a nice safety feature, they were a bit too bright. The included buffet breakfast was a bit confusing - they presented us with a very high bill ($33 each + tip) to sign, and they said it would be sorted out as free when we checked out (and it was). The food was good though.
It was exactly what was expected and it was clean.
It's slightly overpriced
Clean
Parking is terribly expensive
Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff
Dark rooms, mattress and pillows too soft. Entrance to lobby is in an alley with messy street.
Moderna, pulita e accogliente. Bello il design. Hotel nuovo. Vicina al centro
Rumore di notte che veniva dal dispenser in corridoio.
We could walk to dinner & breakfast
City noise heard inside
The beds were ok but not the typical Hyatt beds.
Wish the counter space in the bathroom was larger
Location is great - right by Rittenhouse square. The room was spacious, beds comfortable, good shower. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
Great location, room was clean and spacious. Good coffee in the morning and within easy distances of both museums and the music venue we came to visit.
No complaints!

This is our second stay here while visiting our college student, and it’s very comfortable and clean! The beds are nice, the pillows are comfy, and I appreciate that they have wood floors instead of carpet in the rooms.
That there are only barn type doors for the bathroom. Not as much privacy as one would like
Visited Philadelphia on college tours. This hotel is within walking distance/public transit access to all of the sites in Center City Philadelphia. Rittenhouse Square is an upscale neighborhood; this is not the center of the nightlife. You would want to stay in Old Town for that. The hotel is a short walk down 17th from Suburban Station so you can train directly from PHL airport to Suburban and walk in less than ten minutes straight down the street. From the hotel, the 21 or 42 take you Westbound on Walnut Street to Drexel and UPenn. Walk Eastbound on Walnut to the Orange line to visit Temple. From Suburban Station, you can head out the Mainline (Paoli) to Haverford, Bryn Mawr and Villanova. You can also head South and West to Swarthmore. Admittedly more of a hike, but if you head across the river to NJ Transit, Princeton and Rutgers are equally accessible. Restaurants abound. Hallways were nicely appointed and brightly lit (for a hotel). Highly recommend.
