Bir daha kesinlikle kalmayacağım bir otel

Merkeze çok uzak .Çalışanlar çok ilgisiz ve duyarsız.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı rezalet.Tek güzel yani haşlanmış yumurta olması ve salatalık domates olması diyebiliriz.

Das Zimmer war super, dass Personal nett, die Lage ist top.

Leider leider war es sehr laut. Da nebenan ein Club zu sein scheint. Der Bass war sehr sehr laut, ohne oropax und Schlaftabletten konnte man nicht schlafen.

fiyat performans açısından güzel

Otelde iş halletmek hızlı ve kolay. Personel sıklıkla yardımsever ve ilgili. Ayrıca daha önce Avrupa'da hiç deneyimlemediğim bir hizmetleri vardı. Girdiğim günden itibaren otel benle whatsapp'tan iletişime geçerek aracıma park yeri konusunda bilgi aldım, oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi konusunda whatsapp'tan ulaşım sağladığımda sorunumu hızlıca çözdüler. Bu konuda kendilerini tebrik ediyorum.

Cons:

kahvaltı iyiydi, fakat otel büyük oldugu için kahvaltı çok kalabalık oluyor. özellikle böyle otellerde girişlerde oda numarası kontrolü yapılması gerekir fakat kahvaltı girişinde ne kontrol ne de bir denetim var. Dışardan birisi gelip çok rahat bir şekilde otel müşterilerinin arasına karışabilir. Ayrıca kahavltı 10:00 da bitiyor ürünler kaldırılıyor. Birçok otelde bu saat 11:00 dır. Genellikle, bu konuda özenli olunması ve denetimin artırılmasını öneririm.

Good location & clean

Cons:

Sofa bed was broken. Informed the staff the next morning who promised to take care of it. But same broken bed was in our room when we returned at 10pm that night. Ended up having to pack up everything & move to another room with an exhausted child.
