Buona posizione e piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

La posizione era ottima molto vicino ad una stazione metro che ti permetteva di raggiungere facilmente la città. Le camere sono piccole ma molto curate.

Cons:

Durante le quattro notti del nostro soggiorno, un ascensore è rimasto perennemente rotto, l’albergo era pieno e ci costringeva a estenuanti attese dell’ascensore per salire e scendere. Per il resto la colazione era molto ricca e abbondante , cibo ottimo abbiamo anche testato il ristorante per la cena ed era tutto squisito .
Da migliorare i tempi di sistemazione per l’ascensore, non è possibile che un albergo di qualità e con il prezzo che chiedono possa avere un solo ascensore funzionante

It was ok but for 160 euro a night for 1 person you could expect better quality.
Pros:

The location.
The spacious lobby.
The practical shop.
The reception staff.

Cons:

The lift is a total nightmare!
Only 1 lift works and the queue is horrendous!
Please add a small fridge in the room.
Can't open any windows.
The cutlery at breakfast is revolting: I had to go to the toilet to wash it every day. Very unhygienic.

Cons:

Of the 2 lifts, 1 was broken and it was ridiculous- the queue to get to the room and back was silly long. We did walk down the fire escape to get out at one point, however when we came to check out - I have a 4 year old and was travelling alone with a suitcase and buggy- and it was impossible to get in the lift, after missing 5 lifts I had to ask people in the lift if they wouldn’t mind getting out and walking down so we could get out.
When I complained to reception I got told it had been like it for a week. Not a good enough excuse.

Freundliches Personal.

Frühstück an sich sehr gut.

Cons:

Bestellt war Doppelbett bekommen haben wir 2 getrennte Betten.

Cafe beim Frühstück war nicht gut.

Keine Minibar im Zimmer und kein wirklicher Kasten im Zimmer

Hotel etwas weit abseits, dafür öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (wir hatten Pech, da an einem Tag gestreikt wurde.

Pros:

Great location and breakfast included, other food options close by. Easy walk to ferry across to Central train station and downtown Amsterdam.

Horrible time and will never stay here again , we stayed at yotel nord normally but thought we would try here and regret
Pros:

Lift was broken and no effort made to limit hotel room rentals to allow for this - hotel was rented at full capacity even 5 days after break down , carpet was stained, aircon hardly worked , staff all grumpy due to over booking - I sorta felt sorry for them

Cons:

Breakfast was crappy , not bacon and they ran out of most other things like orange juice , hash browns , cofffee
