Хороший отель за свои деньги
Pros:

Чистый и аккуратный номер. Быстрое заселение. Приятно что включены завтраки. Бесплатный паром между берегами.

Cons:

Завтраки очень скудные, нет разнообразия! Расположение для тех кто готов прогуляться до центра горла минут 20.

Pros:

Mu è piaciuto tutto. Lo staff.la pulizia. La posizione. abbiamo usato sempre il traghetto per arrivare verso la stazione e.poi in centro.
Cmq dalla stazione.centrale.e una.fermata di metro poi 10 min.a piedi
Zona tranquilla .Avevamo.la.vista fantastica.dal 13 piano.

Verrassend !
Pros:

We hadden tot onze verrassing een kamer op de 13e verdieping met panorama uitzicht over het water.
De kamer was mooi en ruim.
Heerlijke bedden en een ruime douche.

Cons:

Dat er maar twee liften waren en tijdens “ spitsuur “ hebben we 10 minuten moeten wachten totdat er een lift op onze verdieping stopte en die niet helemaal vol zat.
Wij hadden mijn moeder van 81 bij en die zat helaas niet op onze verdieping maar 10 verdiepingen lager. Dat was niet erg handig omdat ze visueel beperkt is. Daardoor moesten we haar steeds ophalen.

Ikke noget specielt.

Cons:

Ikke noget specielt som sådan.
Kun 2 elevatore, og med mange gæste kunne man i perioder vente længe på dem.
Ingen rengøring på værelset, ingen friske håndklæder med mindre men specielt bad om dem.
Ingen tømning af skralde spande, og i sommer varmen, gæt selv resten...
De sagde det var for klimaet, men tænker det var for at spare penge på personalet.

Cons:

Not enough staff on desks. Had to wait nearly 45 minutes to check in only to be told our room still wasn’t ready 45 minutes after check in had officially started.

Cons:

Ton of waiting time for room to get finished at 15:00 but only got excuses about the cleaning staff. Not really our problem. When we’re told to sign in from 15:00 we expect to do so.

Waited another 1.5 hour and asked another person for other rooms.

Also sounds weird but having no stairs and only elevators can be a pain with so many people.

Also they kept asking about our bookings. Seems their old IT system can’t handle such things.

The parking basement is VERY cramped.
