The guy helping was nice

Cons:

This place wan not adequate enough for anything living. Sheets was dirty with old blood stains, door and walls looked like they were kick repeatedly and in. This hotel should not be legally permitted to house anyone.

Location was good. Close to bus stops, Target, Costco.

Cons:

The AC barely worked but they provided fans. The room smelled like smoke even though it is a non-smoking room because people smoke in close vicinity to the windows/doors. The bathroom was very run down and had missing tiles and exposed tubing. It's like it was left half done from a renovation. Stairs and balcony were in rough shape. I felt like I would be taking bed bugs and roaches home but thankfully there were none.

Proximity to a nice restaurant, decent area, vintage sign

Cons:

Filthy, dirty, run-down place. Floors greasy. Marks on all walls. Burn marks on furniture. Dead bugs in overhead light. Head grease on the wall. Dirty sheets with small curly hairs. No easy to access outlets. Suspicious white powder residue on table. House phone covered in red muck that got all over my hands. Wifi didn't work half the time. A truly awful experience.

Instalaciones muy precarias , aire acondicionado funcionando constantemente, no se podía cortar por qué era centralizado, la rejilla no cerraba del todo.

They let me check in early.

Cons:

The AC was not working. There was a box fan in the room that would either cut off randomly or shook so violently you couldn’t prop it up on anything because it kept falling off. Floors were very dirty, hair was in the bathtub.

Terrible place, had to book in a hotel the same night I arrived

Dirty property, toilet had pee in it, the whole room smelled like cigarettes (I booked here because it mentioned it was smoke free), the bedsheets were stained, the “desk” in the room was about to collapse, the floor was filthy, horrible place to go. It doesn’t even deserve an star.

Classy, clean, cheap, quality
Pros:

I read a lot of reviews of this place online and I have to say they are all majorly outdated, the place is now extremely clean, and very comfortable to live in, they seemed to have fixed all issues with leaks and the holes in the ground, which gives the place a great look, the bed is extremely comfortable and quite large which was excellent. The tv was high quality and we received towels and shower equipment for our stay, if you are reading the reviews just know they are massively outdated and I highly recommend this place!
