Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi teşekkür ederiz. Temizliği iyiydi günlük temizlendi odamız.

Cons:

Odalar çok eskiydi, kırık duş başlığı vardı ve banyo tavanı küflüydü. Kesinlikle odaların yenilenmesi gerek.

Pros:

Excellent location! Hotel is next to the city old center full of cafes, restaurants and markets.There was air conditioner in the room.

Cons:

Only thing what could be improved in this place was bathroom exhaust fan.

De locatie is vlakbij het centrum.
De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Cons:

De plaatsing van de doucheophanging ten opzichte van het douchescherm was onlogisch. Hierdoor werd de hele badkamer nat. Geen koelkast of kluisje.

Ten hotel jest tak malutki, ze wszystko jest tam jakby za małe. Przydałby mu się remont. Na jedną noc nie patrząc jak wyglada jest w miarę ok, ale na pewno nie jest to miejsce na wyjazd rodzinny

Location was great. The terrace was a bonus. Staff were super friendly and informative. Felt very safe and luggage is kept locked away once checked out which is good for piece of mind.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable at all. Undersized mattress toppers on the beds created gaps you rolled into.

Warm, welkom en fijn hotel voor je bezoek aan Sarajevo
Pros:

De locatie is top, in de straat zit een leuke bar waar en de stad lag op nog geen 5 min lopen. Ondanks dat geen last van straat geluid. Personeel allemaal heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en ontbijt vonden we lekker.

Cons:

Wij vonden de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding erg goed, ik las in eerdere reviews dat de badkamer wat vernieuwd/opgeknapt kon worden. Dat is ook wel zo, maar dat is voor ons persoonlijk niet zo belangrijk.

Нам почти ничего не понравилось. Номер был старым, белье старое, чистота не очень высокого качества, завтрак вообще ничего не смогла поесть, кофе это был не кофе а какое то поддельное какао, в номере не было холодильника, сейфа, в ванной не где поставить мыло, зубные щетки, и когда мы клали знак "уберите в номере" они просто переложили его внутрь и всё, в общем не рекомендуется если вам кроме местоположение важно ещё и чистота и удобства.

Hotel me jako ugodno iznenadio. Soba je bila lijepo uređena, jako čista, uredna i udobna. Sve što mi je bilo potrebno za ugodan boravak bilo je na raspolaganju. Lokacija je odlična i sve mi je bilo blizu. Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno i susretljivo, a komunikacija ugodna i jednostavna. Posebno bih želio pohvaliti cure koje su radile na recepciji bile su izuzetno ljubazne, profesionalne i susretljive te su mi boravak učinile još ugodnijim.

Tudo excelente, café da manhã ótimo, tudo muito limpo, staff educado, gentil e prestativo. Agradeço a todos, minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Viajei sozinha(com Deus) , mas no hotel não estava sozinha, eis foram meus parceiros. Muito obrigada a todos, Deus os abençoe 🙏🙏🙏. Muito próximo de tudo, fiz tudo à pé.

Pros:

Polecam apartament czysty w samym centrum a jednak w nocy było bardzo cicho ,pyszne śniadanie no i bardzo miła pani zrobiła nam lokalną kawę która była przepyszna.

Cons:

Brak parkingu ale bez problemu są miejsca ulice obok w podziemnym garażu za dodatkową opłatą.

Good location, friendly staff
Pros:

Really good location, staff left us instructions as we were checking in late outside working hours, were kind and chatty to us. Helped by keeping our luggage with them on day of check out also helped with brining luggage down on day of check out. Chatty and friendly staff

Cons:

Room was small but we were there for 3 night so wasn’t a big problem
Our room was on the 2nd floor with no lift so was hard to carry our bags to the room on the night we arrived
