Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr zentrumsnah und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wurde selber zubereitet und alles war sehr lecker. Die Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und man hat sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert

Despite the negatives mentioned above, the staff is very nice and the location of the hotel is excellent

The building is very small

There is no elevator, which causes difficulty in entering and exiting, and it is difficult to deliver the bag

Pros:

Jättebra läge, prisvärt och supertrevlig personal. Ett plus till personalen som serverade frukost, en trevlig dam som serverade en god frukost.

No reason not ro come again and to enjoy.
Pros:

The ladies at the reception were very friendly, intelligent and helpful. The lady in the kitchen was very warm hearted and prepared a absolutely great breakfast. Good place in the old city.

Cons:

No lift but she helped me to carry the luggage. It’ takes some effort to get there because of one way roads and difficult to find a parking at the first arrival when you are not familiar with the situation and possibilities like parking house nearby.

Localização maravilhosa. Café da manhã ótimo. Staff superprestativo.

Cons:

Hotel não tem escadas, embora só tenha 3 andares, pode ser difícil para alguém. O primeiro quarto em que ficamos não tinha calefação, na segunda noite nos trocaram de quarto. A torneira da pia era curta e a água caía pra fora. O chuveiro estava com vazamento, espirrava água para cima. No novo quarto, não tinha nada disso, tudo funcionava. O espaço para café da manhã é pequeno, se tem muita gente você tem que aguardar mesa.

Wir waren begeistert von dem Hotel und dem Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen man ist direkt in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sehr schön und geräumig. Das Personal ist extrem bemüht und freundlich.
Nur zu empfehlen unsere Erwartungen wurden wirklich übertroffen. Danke an das tolle Personal für alles! Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder :)

Ubicación y trato personal genial
Pros:

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, a escasos metros de la catedral y del centro histórico; prácticamente solo tienes que dejarte caer calle abajo para llegar a todo. Lo mejor, sin duda, el trato del personal, muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

El desayuno está muy bien y el hotel, aunque pequeño, es muy acogedor y tranquilo.

Como punto importante a tener en cuenta: el hotel no dispone de ascensor. Si tienes problemas de movilidad o viajas con mucho equipaje, debes saber que hay que subir escaleras.
