Pros:

I like that the pool was open until 12:00am for adults.

Cons:

There is no hot tub! We wanted a hotel with a hot tube. It was my birthday. I asked the 3rd shift hotel front desk woman for a late check out and without looking at her computer she said no it wasn’t possible! And she was rude. My aunt works for holiday inn hotels and she’s a high up person. We had a dirty fridge and coffee stained countertops. I’m not a snob but I was disappointed for an over 349.00 night at this establishment. The second shift front desk clerk was a delight! I loved her personality!

Pros:

when we arrived the front desk told us there were no king beds available (at 3:00 in the afternoon).. I believe it was
because we used booking.com

Terrible and inconvenient
Pros:

Bed was stained floor had a huge stain staff wouldn’t take care of any problem or follow through on room requests kids couldn’t use pool guests were not only being snuck in through a side door but being rude and dangerous in pool and no one else could safely be in there and again staff did nothing. Couldn’t so much as get extra towels and yet we paid a large amt to be there….bringing it up to staff didn’t help. Kids ran through halls all Boris again staff did nothing. Breakfast - my kids were shoved about and then there was literally nothing left- this place was a nightmare.
