Pros:

Was very clean. The breakfast was great. We love the towels to wash our motorcycle every day. We thought that was great.

Cons:

We loved the first room we had with the double queen beds. The second was a king suite, was a lot smaller room. The bed was old and Not very comfortable

the room, pool, hot tub and breakfast was all amazing

Cons:

the customer service was not good. i did not feel welcomed, felt very uncomfortable with the way they talked to me and my husband. Elizabeth helped us and she was rude not only to us but to another employee who seemed like she was in training i didn’t catch her name but she was a lot nicer than elizabeth

Very comfortable stay at a convenient location, with indoor spa and pool.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and quiet, and had the facilities and amenities we needed and wanted. The location is fine. We also enjoyed using the very nice indoor spa.

Cons:

The breakfast had only instant oatmeal, breads, and apples for us as vegans. It would be lovely to have potatoes and freshly cooked oatmeal as hot foods for breakfast.

Not that I didn’t like it but Mainstays snd Sleep Inn are basically the same hotel right next to each other(looks like they share the same building) o watch the pricing when booking
