Great location, dim rooms
Pros:

Great location, restaurant had good food, and there’s free coffee and tea plus free snacks and drinks every night from 2130H onwards. Property is also clean and they loaned free umbrellas which was extremely useful when we visited. Also had free parking which was a big plus.

Cons:

It was very dim, toilet had bad ventilation and bed was too soft so it can be hard on your back. Don’t bring too big a luggage if not there’s no space in the room.

スタッフの方の対応からサービス全てが良かったです！
個人的にはお菓子やお酒飲み放題のサービスが嬉しかったです。朝食もとても美味しかったです！
館内も清潔で綺麗でした。

Cons:

強いて言えばバスソルトバーよりかはヘアミルクやヘアオイル、スキンケア系などケアの何かのほうが嬉しいかもしれないです！
バスソルトも素敵ではありました！！

Breakfast is my only expectation but way far below; ok but not really value for money

TV does not stationed in a position good enough to view ; just too small and not enough space in the room; Food not hot ; coffee not hot ; food quality and hygiene not up to expectations; bicycles seating height is too high for me;

我們是來渡蜜月的，刻意挑選淡季的輕井澤。飯店的位置雖然離車站有點距離，但晚上很安靜，連住兩天，打掃也很乾淨。推薦給怕吵的人+喜歡喝酒的人!
Pros:

早餐味道很特別，很好吃! 每晚的Happy hour超棒的! 茶包也非常多口味可以選擇。飯店還提供免費腳踏車可以租用。

Cons:

房間的燈光比較昏暗，可能是氣氛的關係。但對於喜歡睡前閱讀跟化妝喜歡明亮的人，有點無法適應。
