Great value, brand new hotel, well located, close to everything.
Pros:

Very modern style, new appliances and well located, walking distance from train station and restaurants and cafes. Free snacks and drinks in afternoon and night was a plus!

Pros:

close to the station and breakfast was good.

Cons:

No kettle for boiling hot water inside the room. Had to get water from the restaurant on 1/F everytime. Also no extra cup inside room to use. Besides, when dinner time you can smell the restaurant food preparation inside your room.

Free drink & Snacksのサービスがユニークで、オープンしている時間は決められているが、寝る前のひとときを楽しくさせてくれるサービスでした。

その他にも、10種類以上のバスソルトや、充実したアメニティ、電子書籍、雑誌、マンガ無料閲覧サービス、そして最新の美容機器、マッサージアイテム、快眠グッズ、テーブルゲームなどのレンタルアイテムがあり、リストから借りたいアイテムのコードを内線で伝えると、借りることができる素晴らしいサービスでした。

ホテルの雰囲気や、クールな建物は素敵でした。
スタッフの方の対応も素晴らしく、気持ちのいい滞在時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

良くなかったと言うほどではないですが、キチンと冷える冷蔵庫があればなとは思いました。ワインセラーはあるが、そこまで冷えないので、少し残念でした。

早餐式套餐式的 有4種可以選擇，很適合睡到自然醒的輕井澤之旅
最喜歡的是晚上的免費酒水飲料/點心/冰棒時間，有舒服的沙發區可以和家人朋友一起喝酒聊天
雖然飯店沒有溫泉，但提供多種浴鹽跟磨砂膏可以自由拿取使用

Cons:

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT櫃台那邊位子較壅擠，如果遇到很多人剛好又有行李箱就會比較混亂

現役時代に半世紀近くプリンスホテル、万平ホテルと軽井沢で休暇を過ごしてきた者がたどり着いた軽井沢のオアシスです！
Pros:

夕刻及び就寝前に飲み物とおつまみが無料で出てくるサービスはほんとうに素晴らしいです。ぜひ継続してください。
また5/12夕刻に30分間ほど軽井沢地方の地域停電がありましたが、その時にこのホテルの支配人と思われる方が各階を回って「地域停電ですから大丈夫」という情報を伝えていました。外国人の宿泊者にも外国語を使って伝えておられたので混乱等は全くなく、こういった素晴らしい対応は一朝一夕にできるものではなく、このホテルの素晴らしさはこういったところから来るのだと思いました。停電時にバッテリー駆動の電灯が点灯する設備も素晴らしいです。今回で４度目の利用ですが、また泊まらせていただきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。益々のご発展を祈念致しております。

１回目の宿泊はつるとんたんの夕食、２回目はスペイン料理のフルコース、３回目はランチだけスペイン料理をいただきました。今回４回目の宿泊は２泊でしたが、このホテルの料理は朝食だけで昼と夜は外の別のお店でいただきました。我々のようなリタイヤ組の夫婦にはやはりスペイン料理のコース料理は少し重すぎて、あれだけ充実した朝食をいただくとどうしても外の軽い料理を食べたくなってしまいます。高齢の宿泊者向けにもう少し軽めのランチやディナーを企画されてはいかがでしょうか。
