Very rough start, got better the second day.
Pros:

The room was nice. Lots of space. I felt safe. The staff tried to help with the issues I had.

The first day was stressful because the room I requested wasn't the room I got till the second day. The bed was taller than I expected. Due to having surgery in the last few months

Good for a person that wants to smoke in their room.

Cons:

The property is supposedly non smoking but a person started smoking a cigarette in the room next door and the smoke entered my room. I called the front desk but they said it happens a lot and didn’t offer to come up and investigate. The smoke was so bad in my room that my clothes smelled the next day. I’m allergic to smoke and had a hard time going to bed with the smoke in my room. This plus the piles of dirt in the corners and the holes in the bed covers and the small mattress pads that didn’t cover the stained mattress is why I would not stay there again.
