Ubicación ideal para estar en un barrio moderno y extremadamente bien comunicado, hotel bonito con un personal extremadamente amable y siempre a tu disposición, habitaciones pequeñas (como en todo Tokio) pero camas comodisimas y muy grandes

아침 조식은 도시락으로 제공되는데 맛은 괜찮았어요 아침에 바쁘신분들은 추천합니다. 빵과 음료 커피 무료!
호텔옆 일본 가정식 식당이 있었는데 정말 맛있었어요. 그곳을 이용해도 좋을듯해요
아침 일찍 문열고 오후 7시정도 되면 문들 닫았어요

객실이 너무 좁았어요. 도쿄시내이다 보니 어쩔 수 없긴 한데...

Excellent staff, but poor room quality and cleanliness.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and provided some of the best service we experienced during our trip to Japan. Everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. The location was also excellent, making it easy to explore Ginza and access public transportation.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the condition of the room. We specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star property, but the room felt far below that standard. The bathroom had carpeting that was visibly stained in multiple areas, which immediately gave the impression that the room was not clean. Seeing carpet in a bathroom was surprising enough, but seeing stained carpet made it difficult to feel comfortable using the space.

We brought our concerns to the staff, who were extremely helpful and showed us other available rooms. Unfortunately, every room we were shown had the same issue. It became clear that this was not a housekeeping problem and certainly not the fault of the staff, but rather a hotel-wide maintenance and design issue.

Overall, the room felt worn, poorly maintained, and much smaller than expected, even though we had booked a Superior room category. Throughout our stay, we never felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel. The condition of the room made us question the cleanliness standards, and we did not feel as comfortable or relaxed as we should have during our vacation. The excellent staff and convenient location were not enough to make up for the disappointing room quality.
