Hotelet var rent og god beliggenhet i Ginza. Det var lett å komme seg rundt. Liten louge og ikke særlig andre fasiliteter. Frokosten besto av en bentoboks og rundstykker og croisant. Det ble litt monotont. Det er en 7 eleven og Lawsson i nærheten, hvor man kan kjøpe noe annet mer spennende. Små rom som typiske Japanske hotelrom. Pysjamas var inkludert.

We stayed at Agora Tokyo Ginza for approximately five nights, from August 20th to 25th, during our first visit to Tokyo. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience.
The rooms are only cleaned once every three days, and because of this, basic amenities such as fresh towels, water, and coffee were not replenished daily. When we asked for water, we were told that we had to pay extra for it. Since it was our first time in Tokyo, we initially assumed this was standard practice. However, at our hotel in Kyoto, fresh towels and water were left at our door every day, even when the room was not cleaned.
The most concerning issue, however, was related to safety. During our stay, we experienced an earthquake at around 2:00 AM on August 23rd. When we tried to use the emergency/fire exits, we found that the exit doors were closed. Even after informing the staff, it was only after our second warning that we were shown how the door could be opened. Experiencing this during an earthquake was extremely worrying and made us feel unsafe.
Although the location in Ginza is convenient, the level of service and, most importantly, the safety issue we experienced left us very dissatisfied. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.
Um bom hotel. Quarto razoavel de tamanho, banheiro grande, cama king. Para quem tem muita mala, fica apertado. Nao tinha amenites de skin care, ao contrário dos outroa hoteis qhe fiquei no japao. Cafe tinha na recepção e junto com croissant e coisas do tipo, ficava disponível para pegar de manha.
Nao tinha sistema eco de limpeza como outros hoteis. Nesse tinha que pedir a arrumação do quarto todo para troca de toalhas. Cortinas eram mais claras.
La ubicación está genial, la habitación pequeña pero muy práctica e ideal. El café y los panes que ponen por la mañana buenísimos y el personal 10 de 10. Si vuelvo a Tokio me volvería a quedar aquí 1000%
