Great location, great customer service and very clean rooms
super convenient location, friendly staff
Ginza is a very nice and central place to stay in. The hotel is fantastic.
What I loved was the complimentary breakfast and always available fresh drinks and coffee.
The rooms are very beautiful.
Simply amazing stay and great personnelle.
Not an amazing view and the rooms a bit small. But that's to be expected in Tokyo.
Goede locatie dichtbij de metro. Fijne bedden
Kleine kamer en vrij duur vergeleken met onze andere hotels op rondreis in Japan
Excellent location to explore Ginza easy walk to the fish market and close to Tokyo Station
An onsen
buena ubicación y conexiones
habitación muy muy pequeña
Conveniently located in Ginza, but misleading experience: advertised as a 4-star hotel, instead of a limited-service 3-star hotel. Overall, this hotel may work for tourists who only care about being in Ginza and do not expect service, comfort, workspace, or proper facilities.
Staff was polite and cleanliness was not the issue (except for the carpets throughout the floors), but cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel, right?
The reception seems to be converted from a hotel bar, with the displaced the sink behind it.
It is cluttered and improvised, not properly designed to welcome guests comfortably.
During the morning, it is overflowing with luggage from guests, as apparently a proper storage is not available. Only four tables available are in the lobby/reception area, facing the elevator, so we could not be used for co-working (too many guests trying to have their breakfast!)
The room was very small and had no proper wardrobe, table or workspace at all, which made it inconvenient to work, organize belongings, or take a video call. Blackouts are made of paper-alike material, so do not expect a 100% dark place. Shower is a confined plastic cube space.
Several amenities one would normally expect from a 4-star hotel were missing including the iron + ironing board on the room.
There is no laundry service or laundromat.
The hotel gives breakfast tickets, but what you actually receive is basically a bento box served in the reception area. There were no fruits or juices, no protein options, no sense of freshness, and coffee was served in paper cups. Breakfast is eaten practically in the lobby, facing the elevator, with only a few proper tables available, very uncomfortable experience.
Modern and spacious in the photos, but in person, much more confined and less polished, dated.
I would have preferred to pay even more and stay somewhere that actually meets the standard of a 4-star hotel, rather than pay a high rate (400 EUR/night) for a property that does not deliver the expected level of comfort, service, or facilities.
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room.

The location is great! The bed was huge! The amenities were very good, especially the dyson hair dryer!
The room was a bit small in comparison to the huge bed. So there wasn’t a lot of room to open our luggages.
Freundliches Personal.
What I liked most about this hotel was how spacious and comfortable the room felt. The bed was especially large and very comfortable, which made resting really enjoyable. I also appreciated that the shower and toilet were separate. A small detail, but one that made the room feel more functional and convenient. Also very clean, qualitative towels and very discreet but helpful and friendly personnel.
The hotel included nightgowns, slippers, complimentary coffee, and even free bread in the morning. There was also a really nice lounge on the 12th floor that added to the overall elevated atmosphere of the stay.
Another standout aspect was the design and ambiance. The hotel felt modern, beautifully designed, and well maintained, which gave the whole experience a more upscale and relaxing feel. The climate control was also excellent and kept the room very comfortable throughout the stay.
The location was another major plus. It is right next to a metro stop and also very close to another major station, making it extremely convenient for getting around. The neighborhood itself felt very pleasant and upscale, which added to the overall experience of staying there.
Overall, considering accommodations available in tokyo, this hotel is excellent value-for-money.
I loved this hotel! The room could have natural light for a crisp wake-up call but I didn't mind since I was gone all day.
