Good hotel but try your best with luggage🥹
Pros:

This hotel is close to the Da Nang city centre so you can get to anywhere you want for a short time, and also the My Khe beach is just across the street so just like 2 minutes for you to get there.

The staffs were super friendly in helping me all my questions or needs, and also were sorry for a bit delay in checking me in as it was so crowded with many guests checking in and out at the same time. The room is clean, spacious, fancy and has a nice view like in the photos.

The pool on the top floor (22nd perhaps) has an amazing view of My Khe beach.

The Breakfast is okay with many options from western to asian.

Cons:

Well, I like most things here. However, I know that I shouldn’t expect much, but for this hotel at this price and range, I expected to have some assistance with my luggages when I arrived at the hotel. But when I got off from the taxi, there was a guy who helped me to bring my luggages down the car…and that’s it. He disappeared, and I had to drag my bag and luggages from the outside up to the stairs to the main hall and to the reception area without any help or assistance (the luggages were heavy for stair tho). After check-in, I also had to bring my luggages to my room by myself.

I mean, I could do it by myself, but the way I had to bring all my luggages from the taxi to the room on my own when staying at the hotel considering as pretty luxury and high fare was kinda not reasonable. Maybe hotel should assign more bell staffs for high season like summer.

Breakfast was good and the staff there were warm and welcoming. Room was good and view was really good.

Cons:

When we arrived, there were no staff to help carrying the bags over the steps at front. Also at the checking there was this guy, he was unfriendly and almost felt like we are not welcomed. But the girl there was very friendly and trying to help, but she had the language barrier, but she did her best without the help of the guy there.

Would never book here again
Pros:

Room had a smell and there were stains on the chair. Walls were bashed by suitcases. Bathroom had very basic amenities. We didn’t stay as the room was horrible.

Pros:

Our room was comfortable, clean, and modern with a great view. The breakfast was a highlight with a huge selection of well presented quality food. The pool was also a highlight with a bar. The shower was hot with great water pressure.

Cons:

My husband struggled to get hot strong coffee despite explaining what he wanted and using a translation app. The staff were very polite however.

Great sea view rooms
Pros:

Pros:
- Great location right across from the beach
- Spacious room with great sea view (we booked the Delight Ocean King with Sea View)
- Really good breakfast spread with omelette station; super friendly and accommodating breakfast staff 
- Reliable wifi throughout the hotel
- We got a free half hour massage each upon check-in, courtesy of the hotel, which was a really nice gesture. We liked it so much that we booked a full hour on our last day.
Cons:
- There’s a decent gym on the top floor, but the A/C wasn’t working properly throughout our stay. Only one of the four vents was blowing cool air, which made workouts very uncomfortable. The gym was unbearably hot, but there was no water cooler or gym towels available. I raised the A/C issue with reception and, while it wasn’t fixed during our 5-night stay, they did provide a fan on two of the five days. Not everyone wants to work out during a holiday, but I booked this hotel specifically for the gym so I was very disappointed.
- There’s also a lovely pool on the 22nd floor, but beach towel availability felt very restrictive. Towels were sometimes difficult to get for use across the road at the beach. We were asked to return them by 6pm, which is understandable, but a slightly more relaxed approach for hotel guests would improve the experience.
