Plutôt suggestion sur ne pas aimer .
Les heures de dîner ne sont peut être pas assez larges. 18h30 serait chouette
Plus de fontaines à eau au restaurant.
Pour le bar, pourquoi ne pas faire des croques pour adultes? Il y en a bien pour les enfants.
Une planche apéritive devrait pouvoir être servie même après 14h. Il ne faut pas forcément un cuistot pour le faire
Bien placé aux arcs 1800...beaucoup d" activité comprise avec la carte héro ..belle chambre con fortable.
Buffet trop à l ' etroit qd le club est rempli !! Mériterait 2salles avec buffet !! Beaucoup trop d' enfants en haute saison donc bruyant !!
Speedy check in and able to get in our rooms earlier than expected. Food was excellent, so much choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner and constantly replenished. Free wine in the restaurant was good quality and free flowing as were the free drinks at the bar. Excellent location next to the ski shop and ski slopes/lifts. Entertainment in the evening was mainly in French but the atmosphere was jovial and all staff we met were hard working and friendly.
Mealtimes can be chaotic with people walking in all directions to get food. Bedrooms only have a bath with a hand held shower attachment although the hot water is plentiful.
Mooi hotel gelegen aan de rand van de pistes met mooi terras waar het heerlijk te vertoeven was. Heel vriendelijk personeel die steeds beschikbaar was en waarvoor niks te veel was. Lekker eten zowel ontbijt, middag als avond buffet met heel veel keuze. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. We hebben echt genoten.
Een douche in de badkamer in plaats van een bad zou handig zijn. Een rustige ruimte (zonder animatie) waarin je 's avonds nog met vrienden wat kan genieten zou de ervaring nog beter maken.

Staff muito simpático. Localização ótima para acesso às pistas. Comida bastante boa e variada no buffet. Adorei o pequeno almoço, com oferta de máquinas/centrifugadoras para fazer sumos naturais de frutas e legumes. Ótima experiência no restaurante Mont Blanc onde experimentamos raclette. Apesar do check-out ser às 10h, o hotel permite a utilização do resort, da ski room e dispõe de uma sala de cortesia onde podemos tomar banho, bem como serviço de guarda bagagens.
A limpeza do quarto ficou aquém das expectativas. Havia bastante pó no chão, dando a impressão de que só os lençóis eram trocados entre os hóspedes.
Excellent position , lovely staff , all inclusive deal is great value with buffet meals and free bar. The views are spectacular and good public transport which is free. Very good evening entertainment.
A few of the guests need a lesson on how to eat without throwing food about but the staff coped very well.
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à l’hôtel Belambra. La configuration amusante de cet hôtel fait que nous n’entendons pas du tout les chambres Voisines. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour vous, renseigner, accompagner guider et vous satisfaire.
Le monde au moment des repas… il suffit de se décaler dans les horaires pour que ce soit plus calme.

Emplacement au pied des pistes et du coeur de vie des Arcs 1850. Tres bien.
Bon point pour La qualité et la variété de la nourriture et la diversité du petit déjeuner pour satisfaire les sportifs avec des aliments diététiques.
de plus le petit restaurant complémentaire le soir spécial montagne est tres bon aussi.
Espace bar détente en fin de journée trop petit pour tous les vacanciers - nous étions un groupe de 11 et c'était compliqué de reussir à avoir un espace tous ensemble : idem pour les repas ou nous devions à chaque fois prévenir les responsables de nous garder une table globale ..... c'était pas évident , meme si la nourriture était tres bien.
je pense qu'il devrait y avoir une personne à l'accueil des restaurants qui placeraient les clients, car parfois un couple (2 personnes) s'installent sur une table haute pour 12 personnes) et donc pénalisent les groupes (ca nous est arrivé)
